Fine when your spending money an absolute nightmare if you require help. Ive used them many times and experienced poor service. the Hotels they choose are very poor as they pay the very least possible. Why O Why have i booked another cruise with them, because i saved a few quid. Never again probably the worst customer service i ever had.

I find Iglu perfect for me as a solo traveller. It is easy to filter and search for the correct deals and a simple and seamless process to book and follow up after booking.
I have used Iglu a number of times now and each time my confidence in them grows, so they are really now my go-to website for holidays and particularly cruises

We had a cruise booked for Apr 2027, but due to circumstance we could no longer go on those dates. We were able to change our cruise and carry over our deposit to another cruise with just an admin charge. Jasmine talked us through the whole process professionally and with kindness - we found another cruise and Jasmine took charge of all the amendments etc - wonderful service again from Iglu. I said it before and Ill say it again Iglu is the first choice for us when it comes to booking cruises - superb for after booking service

I booked online which was easy. When I wanted to actually speak with staff it wasn’t so easy. I had to do the online chat because nobody replied to my query. Then I was told the information I wanted would take 24-48 hrs from the cruise line. One week later, I’m still waiting! In hindsight, wished I had booked directly with Cruise Line.

Angela and Millie were super helpful and answered all my queries, a nice friendly manner without being pushy hence I booked for the first time with iGLU
