Fast delivery service, a lot of products to chose from and good descriptions of products

Sent me the wrong product, cant get a hold of anyone, no phone , no email.

Virtual assistant cant do much because its not human
I did receive my product fast , I received the wrong product .
I opened what I received and ate it, after I read the bottle, ate the wrong capsules,. I just want what I ordered.
I have sent emails, but they keep coming back to me

The address is not found.

I have been shopping at iherb for years now. Originally it was for the low prices. I have found their site easy to use and almost always find what I'm looking for at a good price. The orders always arrive rapidly with no hassles. I recently got a wrong size of empty gelcaps. They took care of me with very little effort on my part. No back and forth crap. They issued me store credit right away. I really appreciate that.

I got fake cinnamon dark brown almost black smelled like Bad Chinese Cinnamon. I paid for the light brown sweet smelling Ceylon cinnamon. the brand was frontier, but frontier won't do anything they say I must contact I herb, but I have spent hours putting in my email and phone number and I can't get into I herb to talk to anyone. This is the worst experience I think I have had. I have been trying to get through tor months

I was told that may oder was out for delivery now they are saying 5 days from now. Not impressed. Vitacost was much more reliable

So far, I’ve just taken one of the supplements this afternoon but it seems like a great deal. It seems like a great product good word-of-mouth and dealing with you all has been exemplary so I’ll check in later after I’ve been on it all for a bit but I’m impressed. Thanks.

I plan on being a regular customer, iHerb makes it too easy to get the supplements you need without any hassles; plus their prices are better then most places.

Tracking can be important, and your tracking isn't great: the supplements were delivered before 1pm on our doorstep in 37 degrees Celsius weather. I was checking frequently, because of the heat. Well, it's 4:40pm, and tracking says it's "Out for Delivery"!

spent hours trying to place an order, multiple times. If you do not log in first, you lose your entire order. customer service is horrible. Prices are garbage, since they aquired vitacost. There must be a better alternative.

After researching places to purchase Niacin which I was recently prescribed, iHerb seemed to be the best reviewed site. Your prices seem reasonable and the shipping and packaging were great. I like the glass bottle the Niacin comes in and the company Solgar seems to get good reviews.

iHerb is the best website to purchase your vitamins and other quality items. Their products are always first quality. The website is easily interactive to the customer and the delivery is always excellent above other websites. I have been with them for over 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed. You will not be sorry to work with them. Quality all the way.

I easily found the products I was looking for (it’s quite convenient to save them in a separate list). The prices are much lower than in stores here in Israel, and the shipping is very fast.

Easy to order. Had just what I needed. And I got the item in 3 days!! Perfection!

I iHerb is my go to online store for supplements for me and my family. If I can't find what I need I know i can find it on iHerb. I've been shopping with them since my son was a baby over 10 years and will continue to order with them.

Order #552673198, placed on June 19th. Expected delivery: June 26th. Actual delivery: July 2nd.
That's 13 days from order to delivery, with six days of unexplained delay past the promised date — long enough to force me to interrupt a supplement cycle I urgently needed.
The courier reported two failed delivery attempts because "nobody was home." False. I was present on both occasions, and they had my mobile number on file. No call was ever made. No notification was ever sent. No real attempt was ever made.
iHerb relies on an unreliable shipping service and shifts the blame onto the customer. When I tried to raise the issue, I found it was impossible to contact anyone: the customer service email address is no longer active — they sent me an automated reply redirecting me to their Help Center — and the live chat is not available in Italy.
For anyone ordering supplements with continuity or urgency, this is simply not acceptable. I will not purchase again until there is a change of courier and a functioning customer service channel.

Very good with ordering online and delivery was fast for the items ordered.

You are amazing, iHerb. Many years with you, and you never stop going forward. I place my order and forget it: no worrying, no package tracking, no hidden features - it always comes. There are many many more things I love you for, iHerb, but most of all I love your consistency, reliability and great customer service.
