I had an appointment with docteur Chavarri on Tuesday 7th November at 2pm after requesting an econsult form for a full blood test to check my hormone level.
She must’ve a junior doctor, I didn’t know what IHUB was and was not prepared for our call at 11h30.
I am currently very confused and left a very bad review on IHUB ( must be emergency doctor line ). I am sorry about it and would recommend IHUB

Always very responsive to any queries or issues and more importantly knows how to fix them in a timely manner.

Extremely responsive support
We had a new 3CX phone system installed through iHub. The technical support was extremely responsive, so that the installation went as smoothly as possible.
Where necessary, the team were able to remotely install software and update the devices. After they worked their magic the system just worked.
The email responses were swift (within a few minutes).

Support is Great
We used IHub for nearly 10 years and have no complaints at all. The support team deal with any issues or queries very quickly and update you throughout. It is also good that you can actually speak to someone if you need to. They Service and support are both first rate and we recommend them to our customers.

Had a problem setting up a SIP trunk…
Had a problem setting up a SIP trunk for one of my customers. I logged email ticket to get some assistance. Had a very immediate and response from the support team and my problem was fixed withing minutes. In fact it took me longer to gather the information and create the email for the ticket than it did for them to fix the problem.
Well done done iHub, could you have word with BT and show them how its done. ;)

We have spoken with IHub recently, for assistance in porting an old customer of theirs numbers through to our service.
