We have been with iHub for good few…

We have been with iHub for good few years now and I have to say that during the last year the performance has improved a great deal on all aspects.

Sales support is great with a quick response to all our enquiries. Instant information on products and for new orders – whether a Sip Trunk or Hosted phones activation - delivery has been super fast. A special thanks to Taher who has been super effective, particularly on number porting and dealing with complicated porting with Openreach.

When we have problem or a fault, the team have been there to provide a quick fix and also to provide accurate details of their findings and call tracing to locate where the problem is.

We are very happy with the performance of all members of the Support Team.
