Although Support initially said, 'IT is working this issue and it should be resolved in a few days', I heard nothing more. A week later I sent multiple requests to have my new product made available to me, and received an instance response, saying, 'Register your product again and it will resolve your issues'. I did and it worked!
It's a great comfort knowing Support is there for me!
All I hear is IK doesn’t respond. Let me tell you. I dropped a ticket in and within 2 hours the sorted out my issue and made it better!

I was gifted an AXE I/O without the product key. My support person Jason was very understanding and quick to respond to help solve the problem. Very helpful and skilled.
I was going to buy ReSing Max, but decided to get the free version to confirm how it works. I tried installing on my Windows 11 PC with 32 gb of RAM, twice. Both times it failed and said to contact support. Using technical support won't work as they require info to submit the form that would only be available if it actually installed. So I submitted requests through general support. No responses at all. They have no support phone number, and no support chat. They are doing all kinds of advertising, but dont care if it won't install? I dont get it.
I downloaded the trial version of ReSing, just to find out if it was as good as some reviews claimed. I downloaded all the software - including the IK portal and a user manual.
After several days of trying to get it to work, I gave up, uninstalled all of it and deleted the files.
It just didn't work.
I'm pretty au fait with DAWs and plugins, and have been making music for over five years, but this had me baffled.
I tried contacting CS via the IK website.
Waste of time.
It's as useless as the ReSing plugin.
I certainly won't try it again and, as for buying the full version of ReSing...not a chance.

I bought a tonex one pedal. I downloaded all the software and was ready to set up but was unable to use the tone packages that I BOUGHT. They said it was an issue on their part, but after two weeks I got frustrated and sent it back. After several people encouraged me to try again, I bought the bigger tones pedal. It simply did nothing. The light inside the chassis turned on but wouldn't connect to my computer. I tried several times to get customer support to help but they just sent me the same old faq that's on their site. I returned that one and got another hoping that maybe something was just wrong with that pedal. I was incorrect. This new one won't even light up. I cannot believe a company that mass distributes such a product won't even help their customers TURN THE THING ON. I think I'm at the end of my rope and giving up.
IK will gladly take you money then they will not provide the downloads you just paid for. If you try to resolve the issue, they will dance around it before disappearing never to be heard from again. I can only presume these guys are crooks. Do what you want friends but be warned.

I recently purchased a Irig HD X second hand. A few roadblocks to get the product registered given it was already registered by the original owner. Ana was excellent at resolving the issue in a timely manner and providing a solution so I could use the product to its full effect. IK as company do make the process difficult in my opinion however Ana was great at providing solution promptly. Excellent customer service all round.
I ordered a product directly from IK Multimedia in Italy. As I live outside the EU, they indicated that additional fees or taxes might apply.
Several weeks later, I received an invoice from FedEx, a carrier I have never used before. The invoice was written in English and contained no clear breakdown of what the charges were for, which made it appear suspicious.
This process is highly non-transparent and not customer-friendly. Due to this experience, I will no longer order directly from IK Multimedia and will instead use authorized retailers such as Thomann in the future.
Locked out of my IK account for over a month.
No password reset emails, no newsletter confirmation emails, and multiple support requests with ZERO response.
I cannot access my purchased licenses or products.
This is no longer a technical issue, this is a complete support failure.
Customers should not be left without access for weeks with no communication.

Horrendous software and downloads that just don't ever work.
Bought the TONEX plugin (not the "Max" one, as I don't need many sounds to choose from). It gives off a terrible, intermittent noise sound in some old Logic projects I wanted to remix. Guess that's some disgusting deterrent they've implemented into their trial version (which I tried before buying the package), but the problem still occurs when I try to use the sounds I apparently "own". Same horrible noise appears no matter what I do, making the projects unusable. I know it's caused by TONEX, as the noises disappear when I turn the plugin off.
I have tried getting in touch with customer support three times regarding the issue. It's been weeks, and I've gotten no response. I am appalled by the entire experience with this company.
