Timely and effective conversion of VHS and VHS C to digital .
Second time I have used them.

Very informative, they did a great job saving our memories from vhs tapes.

It was amazing how well our old movies looked after you digitized them. They were decades old yet it was like they were just filmed. I am grateful to be able to preserve them for my grandchildren and their children to enjoy. It is also nice that my grandchildren can see and know their great grandparents and other family members who died before they were born. Putting a face to a name. That is special.

My memories have been preserved as requested and the job was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend IMemories to anyone wanting to update their old reels and tapes to a more savable format.

Whole process of converting our VHS tapes to Blue Ray was great!

I was absolutely impressed from the minute I received the package to send my videos out, to the moment I received the videos back in digital form. Amazing!

I did two conversions with them which went fine. I paid for enhancement but really didn't see any improvement. Also, they were sloppy in the labeling. I ordered two USB's and the format for the files is very funky and hard to read. I complained and they told me to change them myself. This was after I already spent hours painstakingly reviewing the files and renaming them. When my USB's came, my formatting was pretty much gone. I will never use them again. I also found the files to be very "un" user friendly. Cumbersome and difficulty labeling. I wish I had explored this more before I spent over $600 with them. And you are stuck ordering a USB or CD or paying for their storage forever to be able to access online. They don't tell you that until after you get your items back.

Very happy receiving my old vhs to streaming!! Great company!!!

I am so happy! Tears of joy as I watched videos of my kids from almost 30 years ago. I loved watching on my tv and phone. I was skeptical but so glad I took the chance. Amazing company and pricing even though the service they provide is priceless.

The turn around was quick. Well organized. During the process I spoke with representatives on the phone several times. Very good service on the phone calls. One area that might be improved is presenting information about digitizing film negatives. It's very difficult to tell from a negative if there is any content or if the content is worth digitizing. So if for example on a negative strip of 4 or 6 frames there is one or more frames of unknown content all 4 or 6 frames are digitized. Since you pay up front, you've paid for all of the frames in the strip. But if 1 or more of the frames had no content, I guess you've paid but don't get a resulting file. In one of my first phone calls I asked about that and the associate said you'd be able to discount off the paid price for photos that had no negative content and be reimbursed. Or at least that was what I thought the answer was. At the end, that wasn't the case. Seems like that issue should be clearly discussed and stated up front or in FAQs or other mechanism.

From start to finish, IMEMORIES, can be trusted to bring your old memories back to life where you can enjoy them again! From the time they receive your old media (vhs, camcorder tapes, negatives, etc) they keep you updated throughout the whole process! That is such a comfort. I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend this company! It's so nice seeing my old memories again and being able to share with my family. I love their app which gives me immediate access to my media and I can watch my memories on my TV through that also. If you have been wondering what is on your old tapes, let IMEMORIES show you, you absolutely will be so happy you did!

Great experience, it takes some time to get final product but it worse it

I had two VHS Videos, the dinner was done using our own equipment but whe wedding video was done by a professional and still looked great on my TV via VCR. When I received the download the wedding video looked terrible. Very disappointed in the results and would like a refund.

It's so convenient and quick turnaround. However, the app is not always reliable and customer service is non-existent for me. No responses to contact.

Memories does a great job! I sent in a 32 year old VHS tape, a 40 year old VHS tape and a
20 year old DVD and they were able to restore all of them.!

Now I can keep my valuable films from my youth back in the 60s and 50s forever. I had them put on a thumb drive and I can even play it on my smart TV. Thank you iMemories for helping me keep all these memories alive.
