Super safe packaging for vinyls! Really recommend overall have bought from them many times and had no issues 😌🪻✨

Prices were so good on Vinyl that I thought it was a scam at first. Shipping was also reasonable once I bought a number of records. Considering that I was getting them shipped from Denmark to Australia, the delivery time also wasn't too bad.

Very good selection and competitive prices. The staff are helpful, but the response time and overall service are extremely slow. For example, if you want to cancel an order, don’t expect a timely reply—they typically respond only after 4–5 business days, by which time it’s often too late. Anyway, they deserve 4 out of 5 stars.

Still waiting for you to give me a label to return the vinyls I've received damaged.

Open a claim through your mail on July 10th (the same day I've received them ) on PayPal and through the link you gave me to add again pictures and descriptions but still haven't received the label to return the damaged items as announced by you through mail.

Most important, you also answered through PayPal saying to send back the items without giving a label as announced.

This is not a good assistance at all and I'm really disappointed. More than 15 days and still waiting...

Their assistance is not good at all if you have a problem and I couldn't imagine this. I received all the vinyls damaged. The solution is easy and honest: send a retour label. That's it.

Absolutely a great address in northern Europe to buy cds. I'm always satisfied with the service and the quality of the products. The delivery time are quite good too considering the distance from Canada. Highly recommended.

I was a little unsure about purchasing from this site at first (as I am on the other side of the world) and didn't know much about imusic.dk but they were pretty much the only place left in the world that still had the product in stock. However, there was no cause for concern as their communication and service was outstanding. When I did receive the items, unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect on one of them (no fault of theirs) even though the rest of the set was exactly what I was expecting. When I approached them to see what could be done about the defect, they were amazing to deal with and found a solution to the issue immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again. Knowing that they stand by their brand and will work with the customer if things go awry has put them right up at the top of my list of top online shops to purchase from. Well done team A+

I placed a preorder around June 1 that was later delayed. I completely understand that’s outside the store’s control and is ultimately up to the record label. The reason I’m giving a lower rating is because of the lack of communication. Customers shouldn’t have to reach out first to find out what’s going on. The first time I emailed, I received a helpful response. After that, I sent two follow-up emails over the following weeks and never received a reply. Eventually, I sent one final email asking to cancel my order since several other retailers had listed the same releases with confirmed dates. Ironically, I received a cancellation confirmation within five minutes. I appreciate how quickly they processed the cancellation, but being ignored after multiple attempts to get an update was disappointing. I was willing to keep waiting for my order, but the lack of communication changed my mind.

Great price for vinyl. Was kept informed of progress throughout the ordering, despatch and delivery process. Goods delivered well packed and in perfect condition. Would recommend and use again in the future.

Unfortunately, I had to return my order. I sent it back to the German address it came from. To this day, I haven't received any response or my money back! In my opinion, iMusic is completely untrustworthy.
