Sent the wrong top

Sent the wrong top I ordered a polo shirt and they sent a long sleeve shirt I now have to go through all the process of sending it back and claiming a refund

I must have been particularly unlucky

I must have been particularly unlucky, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I made a mistake with my order and contacted the sales office by email immediately after placing it. I received no response. I also tried calling several times, but no one answered. I then sent two further emails and, after 10 days, someone finally replied, stating that my previous emails had gone to their spam folder.
When I requested a refund, I was informed that this would not be possible until the items were returned. I find this to be a very poor level of customer service, especially considering I had attempted to resolve the issue straight away.

To make matters worse, 21 days later I am still waiting to receive the items.

Hello Ciro, Sorry to hear this. I have looked back at the recent correspondence between yourself and us, it seems that you initially placed an order and input the wrong delivery address. However your item had been dispatched before it could be amended, you would of also had an email to state your item had been dispatched.
In regards with the delay, I can see your order was dispatched the next working day after your placed the order, it is now with the mail company and progressing through customs. We cannot comment on custom timeframes as items can be held from days to weeks before release so your patience is appreciated.
As mentioned we are more than happy to issue a full refund, however as you can appreciate we require items back before refunds are issued.

Amazing Customer Service!

I ordered a jacket in L and found it was a bit too tight. I contacted the sales team via email, which was responded to very quickly by Narin. As the jacket was on sale, they only had 1 XL left, which Narin reserved for me whilst they waited for my original purchase to arrive back, before sending out the new jacket free of charge. This kind of customer service and willingness to help is very rare these days and I can honestly say they have a customer for life. Really happy with the new jacket and overall really impressed with these guys.
