Was told they would call to book delivery, no phone call. The once booked on a random day when I'm not in, I request it was moved to only be completely ignored. When I complained they did nothing... just ignoring the fact I now have good left dumped on a driveway... very poor

Your reply is also incorrect and false, I have sent several emails in reply confirming I wasn't home and that they were left on the driveway, I suggest you revisit your inbox....

Good advice and helpful delivery driver goods arrived very quickly and company very easy to deal with , website ordering was straightforward too.

Fast and reliable service, competitive prices

Ordered 1700 pounds worth of insulation. The 1st of many orders for a house build. Did not hear anything for six days. Chased. Told what I had ordered was not in stock and you can't get a lorry to my postcode. After numerous phone calls agreed for an alternative product to be delivered to a layby down the road from me as I was desperate. Agreed a delivery date, the night before was sent an email saying that part of it can't be delivered and then the email stated that part of what was going to be delivered was not what I had ordered in the first place. The SIG lorry turned up and agreed to drop it off at neighbour close to the main road. On pulling back the curtain we realised the next drop had not been strapped in properly and had collapsed all over our load. This resulted in another half hour of wasted time. The driver did however do us a favour by not bothering to raise the air suspension and leaving a large gouge across the road with the underun bar and Moffett. This has proved to be useful reminding us on a daily basis never to use this company again. We were offered extra discount on the next orders but quite frankly if it was half price I probably wouldn't bother. The most annoying part is that this company takes orders by its website but then does not tell you that they cannot supply what you want. As a contrast the contractors suggested using jewsons. They actually virtually priced matched and what I wanted was there the following afternoon delivered to my address by an 18 tonne lorry. No doubt the reply to this will be the usual we have thousands of happy customers etc etc but to take an order that you can't fulfill and not contact the customer is unforgivable.

I bought some Celotex insulation from Insulation4less & every sheet was deformed along the edges. The edges were concave which meant they would not butt up to each other effectively making their insulation properties ineffective. I contacted Insulation4less several times by email but received no reply. I suspect they are selling reject products. I will not be using them or Celotex again.

Great stuff and best prices. Unfortunately delivery day was missed with no notice so my day's holiday to get to the site to be there for delivery was wasted. Delivered 10:30 the day after.

I have place an order worth £394.99.
delivery was scheduled for the 23/05/24 which is perfect so I can work on a property during long weekend.
Courier arrived 10:30 am (without prior notice, no phone calls, no email confirmation).
I got excited, until I realised that there's no way to get the pallet down (15 sheets, plasterboard + insulated plasterboard).

Asked the driver if he's going to wait for me to unload the pallet sheet by sheet? He replied, that the company must've sent the wrong truck. It's a domestic property, not a construction site with access to a forklift). He said that he'd have to take it back and re-deliver on a correct vehicle the same day or next day.

Now I am being told that delivery is scheduled for the 29th. Losing money, losing long weekend. Order Number: #I100057239

It doesn't say anywhere that "we advise that assistance to offload the boards manually may be required on site":

"Hi, Your Insulation4less order is due for delivery on 23 May 2024. Deliveries are made on 36T lorries, the same size as a double-decker bus. Please notify us if you have access issues for this vehicle by emailing deliveries at isulation4less co uk., Please check your email & spam folder for more info. Please don't reply to this text as it's not monitored.

Same in the email. It doesn't say anywhere "we advise that assistance to offload the boards manually may be required on site" THAT IS DESPITE THE FACT I have asked the courier if he's okay to wait for me to offload each sheet one by one!

The closest text in the email says: "Please ensure there is someone present to offload when material
arrives, unless otherwise agreed with Insulation4Less."

Just accept that you or delivery company have messed up this delivery.

The prices were very competitive and delivery was quick and well communicated. I got phoned up the day before to negotiate a delivery time and the driver turned up on time. The products arrived undamaged. I've now used this company twice with the same results both times. The £300 min order for free delivery also seems to be quite competitive and seems very fair when you see the size of lorry they need to deliver pallets of full-sized sheets.

Great company to deal with. The lowest prices and reasonable delivery costs. Superb customer service. A few items were damaged in transit, but Odhran and his colleagues sorted it within 24hrs. Thoroughly recommend this company

Absolutely f***ing brilliant. Before this tried High Loft who delivered 8 rolls of dire poor quality 200mm insulation rather than 730mm I ordered. This was high quality insulation at lower price, delivered rapidly. Wonderful company.
