The whole experience was really good. Easy to order, good value, quick to deliver, products entirely as expected. Would happily recommend.

Insulated plasterboard was not available at any of the local builders merchants. Delivery from Insulation4less was very efficient and soon after I placed the order. Prices seemed very good - I will be using them again

Easy to order, great communication and delivered on time😊

The moisture plasterboard was delivered damaged, placed on bottom of delivery so moisture membrane scraped and compromised.
Replacement order was sent but this was also damaged, cracked down the middle. Which must have been obvious when loaded.
Still awaiting another delivery replacement.
I do not always get notifications of delivery so I have to juggle being in to receive order at last minute.
Shame as good value price wise (5 stars) but have to give one star for poor state of deliveries.
Other plasterboard was also damaged on the edges during loading on delivery vehicle. I did not report on receipt and I4less will not replace as did not raise during delivery. I accept this but no good will shown by company as other board also damaged on delivery twice.

Reply: I never asked for a refund, this is a mix up on your part, and always asked for a replacement. The replacement was eventually delivered.

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of buying insulation from Insulation4less recently . Every stage from the website, to ordering , talking on the phone to someone about the delivery ( who was very helpful indeed ) and the actual delivery ( the driver was very friendly and helpful ) was straightforward, affirmative and professional.

I missed adding something an order so sent an email and within an hour it was added to the original order and I had been invoiced. No extra charge and no delivery delay.

It arrived when they said. Most importantly for me the drivers are brilliant. Friendly, courteous and they see getting the stuff to you as a fun challenge. They didnt just throw it off the truck they wanted to help me get it to the best location on site.

The "free delivery" offer is extremely misleading. This only applies if you order all items from the same brand. If you mix and match, even spending over £300 as noted, the delivery is not free.
