Through interflora I ordered flowers as a birthday gift.
They arrived on the day requested and recipient loved them.

Ordering long distance flowers

A very sad looking bunch of almost dead…
A very sad looking bunch of almost dead blooms. I assume they looked better when despatched, but having been in a box for at least 2 days without any water, they were only fit for the compost bin ☹️
Impossible to contact customer services but I’ve taken lots of photos and sent email.
Nevertheless this order was a bereavement gift from my grandson, sent with good intentions and sadly let down by Interflora
