Very easy to use as a beginner investor.Good choice of ETFs

I transferred a SIPP into InvestEngine, but decided to go with another provider for personal reasons and closed my IE account down. I naturally assumed the SIPP transfer would cancel due to being no account for it go too.

I was wrong and it had left my old provider and was now sat with Invest Engine. I decided to get in touch with Invest Engine and ask them to forward onto my new SIPP provider.

I dealt with Sebastian who was excellent from beginning to end with my matter. He not only found my money and account details (even though now closed), but he was quick to re-open the account after I had provided the same account details and ID verification I used to open the account.

I was kept informed at every stage and I cannot thank Sebastian enough, it was my rather large mistake and not once did I feel that I was kept in the dark about my account and it's current progress.

Would definitely recommend the Customer Support staff for being so helpful and pleased everything was sorted so effortlessly.

Excellent app for managing investments. Easy user interface

Fairly straightforward platform and app - no issues so far.

Great platform for passive investors like myself. I use it for both ISA and SIPP accounts. Easy to auto invest, easy to search and filter funds and get all the important information.

Very good investment options and good value for money. Had some issues with my recurring payments but other than that, no issues at all!

The product is ok, but all the interactions with support are absolutely terrible, in particular if you have multiple accounts.
That is a deal breaker for me.

Investing in an ISA is very easy. Buying from a huge range of ETFs is made easy with online guides to help you do it. If you need assistance its readily available too. To top it all its a very low cost investment method.

Just do it.

Cheapest way to invest as no platform charges at all. All you have to pay is the fund TER. If passive investing why pay when you can do it for free here.

Awsome App. Easy to navigate.

Incredibly clunky and slow app compared with trading 212. You can’t place two orders at the same time, orders take ages to be executed, the pricing update is always massively delayed which is chaotic.

I have been attempting to contact them for 2 weeks with multiple requests and no responses. 2 factor authentication was enabled on my account without my consent and the verification emails never come through. I am currently not able to log in and they have a significant amount of my money.

Dividends not paid on time I had a trade placed that was not carried customer service could really be improved when dealing with a problem.
Instead of a generic email.

Impossible to get hold of been emailing them for days and days and they will not reply very frustrating and unprofessional

Generally excellent. But it proved a rather difficult to establish a person to person channel of communication so we decided to go elsewhere.

Woeful customer service. Going to transfer Stocks ISA to Trading 212. No one replies ever... No phone number to contact anyone, which for a finance company, is ridiculous. So easy to hide behind emails and ignore them.

Really easy to use app, love the interface very easy to learn, such low fees for the S&P great app. Used it for 3 years now very grateful.
