Purchase not received.
I purchased a CD from Invisible Hands Music, which had not arrived two weeks later.
Looking at their website they do not have a phone number for contact which makes me suspicious. This is how scam companies operate. They have an attractive website making it easy for you to buy stuff and show their address but the only means of communication is by email or social media.
This way when things go wrong - being scammed - there isn't much you can do.
I contacted IHM who said they would refer the matter to their 'shipping manager' and have a replacement sent out.
Still nothing heard despite asking for an update.
There are too many poorly run internet based businesses who hide behind a flashy website offering all sorts of wonderful things but in the end are a one-man band operating out of a bedroom on a laptop and with little experience of dealing with real customers.
This is my opinion of IHM formed from my experience of trying to make a purchase.
So beware!
