Sent my iPad for repair, turned out to have nothing wrong with it.. Not only was I not charged for the time but didn't even get charged for postage.. Thanks guys :-)

I was amazed how quick and efficient this service was....received packaging box, sent off my iPad the same day...2 days later it was back, fixed & running 100% better than it was. Will be recommending this service to my friends if the need arises.

Good value and fast service

Phoned to find out about the service & explain our circumstances. The the friendly operator gave me confidence that they understood and would follow my requests. However, there were a few niggles along the way, such as not calling when they said they would & sending the phone to our main address, when they'd agreed to hold it for a few days till we got there. We told them that no one would be there to take it! Otherwise, so far the phone seems to work OK. Just wish I was able to leave 5 stars as so many others have!

I recently dropped my iPhone and broke the back of the phone. I went to see the team at iPhone Experts and within 5 minutes it was fixed. I was back up ad running and my phone is all repaired for £25.00!!

I found this company was local to me by searching for iphone repairs online, as needed a repair to my phone, and couldn't justify what apple store wanted to charge.
This service was an excellent, fast, hassle free, walk in service, i was in and out in 15mins. Staff very friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

After accidentally dropping my iphone 4S down the stairs, I called iphone-experts and they said they could fit a replacement screen while I waited. There's even a coffee shop in their reception area while you wait, it took less than 30mins. Excellent service, great price (£49 inc VAT) and friendly people - would definitely recommend!

Very slow, didn't get in touch with me for ages. I had to contact them again and again. The job was done eventually - but I won't be using them again - sorry!

I went on line to find somewhere I could have my cracked I pad screen repaired. I sent an e mail stating the problem. I had a phone call the following day explaining what I had too do. I was a bit anxious about giving my card number ovr the phone, but Steve gave me the tel number to call back. My husbsnd checked out the company on line , which checked out ok. Steve eplained what I had to do. It all went smoothly and my I pad was returned to me within a couple of days. Would use them again but hopefully will not have to.

Once in a while, you come across a company who really do care; they're not just saying it for the website to hook you in. For me, these guys are willing to go that extra mile without trying to part you from your hard earned cash unnecessarily. It's so refreshing it's almost unbelievable at first. Try them and see.
