My device was repaired and returned within 3 working days of me sending it off, as promised. Communication wasn't excellent but this was not an issue as there were no problems at all with the service. Would use again, good value for money and a very efficient service.

I sent Tilly's iPad to iPhone-experts to have a new screen. I have to say how truly impressed I was and that's saying something these days ! I went to AT Computers in Shrewsbury to have my sons ipad screen repaired. They sent it to iPhone-experts. Due to efficient email notifications I was able to intercept a wrong colour screen fix in good time. The repair cost me £30 less than any other quote. The repair has made the ipad like new, with a wonky power port sorted into the bargain. Based on my experience, I would use this firm again.

They were efficient and very friendly when I phoned the company with my broken ipad screen problem, the process for sending back was easy and I received my mended ipad back within a few working days, very impressed and will definately use again.

The 123 shop in Shrewsbury were friendly, helpful and efficient.

I went a stupidly dropped my iphone on my iPad screen, cracked the whole thing! Found iphone-experts on a search engine and sent a query msg through. Next day they contacted me and sent out a box to return iPad in. So did all that, I got an email to say they had received it, a few days later I received another email to say it had been fixed and on its way...hooray my iPad all brand new!! Highly recommend these guys they've done a smashing job! (No pun intended!)

I dropped the phone off in the morning and picked it up later that day. Really good service, could have got it cheaper elsewhere but for the first repair I've had done I didn't know. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars was the home button now takes longer to return to the home screen.

I had a moment of madness and didn't have my case covering my ipad and then...fate have it ,it fell out of my bag and landed on the corner sending a spiders web of cracks across the whole screen.
After a couple of days it was starting to fall out so I looked for a quick service to get me back the full use of my ipad.
These guys were fast,efficient and a great cost!
With in a day I had a box (included in the price) sent to me so I could send them my ipad and then receive it back once finished.
Job done now and loving having it back!

A severely cracked screen rendered my iPhone 4S useless. After much despair, I found iPhone Experts, who were able to fix my iPhone, restoring it back to mint condition, for a very reasonable price. The phone was turned around very promptly and the shipping worked out absolutely great. I am very grateful to iPhone Experts for bringing my iPhone back to life.

I was pleased with the service I received. When I got my ipad back the power button was not working very well so they offered to fix it at no extra charge. My only compliant would be I was disappointed that the ipad was not sent back via recorded delivery considering the value of the item.

I had a screen repaired on an ipad2. I had heard horror stories of ipads coming back with the wireless not working, etc. I phoned up iPhone-Experts and was immediately reassured that they knew what they were doing.
Their text message service keeping me updated on the status of my repair was superb and it arrived back 2 days later and worked perfectly. Recommended without reservation.

I thought I was going to have to replace my iPad or claim on my house insurance after my daughter dropped it on the kitchen floor! Fortunately the stand I use prevented really extensive damage. After looking online I opted to use IPE. What a brilliant service. I paid the extra £5 to jump the queue and my iPad was back within 48 hours of me posting it and as good as new. I definitely recommend IPE - fantastic & a really competitive price. Delighted!
