iPad returned in 2 days (without need for next day delivery) as good as new. Posted Monday with cracked screen returned Wednesday fully fixed. No hesitation in recommending to anybody.

I did not proceed with my order but that was just due to.my daughter not wanting her ipad sent in the post. A very friendly and efficient service though

They treated me as if I lived next door.

I must admit that I placed my aged iphone in for repair/refirbishment with some fear that the quality of the returned product would be disappointing. In fact I could not be more delighted not only with the resultant quality which is excellent but also the speed and help with which the repair was undertaken. I need not have worried and now have my mobile returned to an excellent condition for a very reasonable price

It was so quick, i sent it on thursday afternoon, got an email at 11am on friday saying my phone was fixed and it got back to me on saturday. Would reccomend spending the little extra on special delivery. Really good service!

My I pad power charger broke in the power slot. I have had friends had the same problem with I phones 5 power supply. Apple wanted to charge me 219.00 I searched the web and came up with a few sites some a bit cheaper but when you add P P not much of a difference. I sent a photo from Apple to the company they got back by email within an hour with a quote. I sent my I pad of to them on a Wednesday it was returned working by 11.00 am Friday.
The company kept in touch with emails telling me had arrived that it had been repaired and finally telling me it was on its way home . If only other companies could act in such a professional way Life would be so much easier. No premuim numbers should you wish to call for inf. WELL DONE will put your email in my address book .would defo recomend you guys

Was told exactly what the process was and the stages taken. Email confirmed everything. Notified each day of the progress taken. Back-up service when checking delivery of my order was great. They contacted Royal Mail and gave me the facts . Very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend them. The only thing I found slightly strange was the confirmation email saying 'Congratulations" - I had placed an order, not entered a competition. Nevertheless, excellent service.

Our iPad wasn't working and I had no idea what was wrong with it. I had used a company in Banbury a few months previous to replace the screen but was adamant that I wasn't going to use then again as found them quite rude ! Anyway, after a google search I found iPhone-experts. From the onset they were very helpful, advising me what the problem could be and giving rough quotes. I dropped my iPad onto their office and within 3 hours they called me to advise that my iPad had been repaired and would be delivered back to me by Royal Mail the day after next. Which it was.
All communication with this company was professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

What a fantastic service from IPE, had my I pad on Monday afternoon, received back Wednesday morning repaired unlike Apple who said it could not be repaired and I would have to buy another iPad or a recon one at over £350. Well done IPE I will definitely recommend you to my friends

I was naturally nervous at the prospect of sending the prized possession of my daughter off in the post. No need to worry. Communication was great, no hidden extras and iPad sent on Wednesday was back by Friday.

i spoke to scott to explain urgency of the repair. he said we could fast-track for an extra £5. I posted ipad on Tuesday they received it Wednesday morning, did the repair and post it back Wednesday afternoon. ipad arrived with us today (Thursday) at 10am. between iphone-expert and royal mail I have a very happy 10 year old.

I have to say between IPE and the post office I've had great service this week.
I sent my phone off on Monday special delivery, it arrived with IPE mid-morning Tuesday and they had it back in the post to arrive with me on Wednesday. Unfortunately I had a slight issue with the repair but after a quick chat I put it back in the post Wednesday afternoon, it arrived with IPE by lunchtime Thursday and it was back with me, all fixed on Friday. So far I'm happy with the repair.
Putting things right simply and without fuss and speedily was very good service. Thanks

Helpful and though we're unable to fix the problem as phone beyond repair compared to investing in new but still helpful with insurance letter, new phone information and also Emailed info so that I had or all Tongans. Jin

iPhone-experts repaired my IPhone 5 screen and LCD , I received an email when it arrived with them, it was sent back to me the same day . They also sent me another email to say it was on the way back , so communication pretty good . All arrived back with me safely , the screen is great , no issues , happy to recommend .
