Compared to other survey websites, this platform is extremely racially biased and shady as shit. I don’t recommend waiting to cash out. They’ll suspend your account or stop sending surveys if you cash... See more

I’m an undercover shopper ( yes it exists!) I do a lot of companies. This is the one that doesn’t trust. They always make up excuses like you don’t meet guidelines but never mentioned what guidelines then refused to paying. Don’t trust them for anything.

Take Heed to reviews of Ipsos

I have truly listened to many of the reviews. However, it was after the fact. I originally located this platform on, you know where YouTube. Big mistake. the people on there are not honest, They want to gain viewers and subscribers the best way that they can.
People beware!

if it looks like a scam it probably is

i feel personal data is more important than `pie in the sky` offers. There is nothing personal about the letter sent `resident` and from what i read here there is nothing beneficial to be gained . Scams via text, phone calls and now mail, no doubt they will capitalize from a few of these letters but mine is being `recycled`waste.

Waste of time

Waste of time. Don't bother with surveys from this company as they just take the data with no rewards paid out.

Good luck trying to cancel!

I have been attempting to cancel my account. The site will not accept my email, password, or even phone number, yet I have received email from them. The page says it will send me "a unique 6 digit code" to my email. Nope. Nothing is there after 4 tries. Checked my spam folder, nothing there either. I have messaged customer service and as of yet have had no response. I am so careful about putting personal info out there, and like an idiot, I signed up for this. They got everything from me. I cannot believe how stupid I was. If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. If you are even thinking about joining, run. Do not walk. Save yourself a ton of regret, frustration, and aggravation. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have.
1 is far too generous.

Rude caller & absolutely no respect for people

Received calls at inconvenient times (Sunday morning, Monday night when I'm spending time with family) and very rude staff saying 'oh you sound distracted' when I was trying to look for a quieter spot to listen to him. Absolutely no respect whatsoever and very pushy man on the phone. I politely asked to have my contact details removed and he hung up without saying a word. What a moron. Caller ID: 01315070186

I requested Amazon gift cards as…

I requested Amazon gift cards as rewards, once in April 2023 and then around October. They never sent the gift card codes, never paid. I emailed customer support several times about not getting April Amazon order. No reply. Thought I would try ordering a card one more time, and again they never sent the card, although points were always taken off. Ipsos used to be a good company, don't know what happened to them.

Absolute inebreates

Absolute nobs, they stole my data for two months, every day was an excuse.
Oh sorry you weren't eligible cause your main device wasn't connected, at the same time sending me emails your secondary device wasn't connected.
Data stealers I did a witeshakk analysis and they were raking in my data. For two months, the asslickers never paid a penny

Avoid, avoid, run from this disgusting company. They can't look after your data, they won't pay you, they are the same as any other fraud company they have a big name to leverage you. They will take advantage avoid at all cost!!!!!

Dint run their programs well and it's getting beyond a joke,

I'm apart of the ipsos media program and I'm not very happy with things in regards to this company or with this program,
1 whenever I have a issue I can't get a hold of anyone to help me sort it and that's with all methods, it took 3 months for someone to get back to me after I left a review begging for help when it didn't work n sent me the same info I already had they also never answer calls or voicemails left,
2 it regularly disconnects and causes problems to fix and as said it's not easy getting support despite having multiple methods of contact,
3 their isn't anything really of use every month, you get 75 points for your 2 devices n that's £7.50, but the stores filled with cheap crap at this value with delivery fees and no vouchers until you hit the 100 points mark,
4 they never put the rewards funds in on time leaving you waiting and wondering, or in my case right now I was banking on it to get a £10 voucher to get food until I next get paid and yet again it's late with no clear date for delivery or even a way to ask anyone what's happening without, days of waiting if I'm lucky or in some cases never contact or takes months for a reply,

Seriously considering leaving the program and in future won't be giving this company the time of day in any way shape or form and that's despite having positive interactions with them in the past, but these failures in even insuring the rewards are sent on time or a set date every month is getting beyond a joke and I'm really not laughing when it's coming in at random dates especially when it's adding upto more days their getting and your struggling to make ends meet, like right now I need the reward to get food, not anything special just food from either Asda or Aldi, so either sort it out ipsos or I'm done with this clown shoe of a program 😞

Thieves, liars, wastes of time. If you're female they delete your account once you're over 26 years old.

Owes me $3.70. Won't let you redeem for less than $5. Will make you do complete surveys then say you aren't qualified to do the survey you already completed. This happened around 50 times straight over the course of months. Brought this up to their support email and they then obviously flagged my account because new surveys I was invited to then automatically said I wasn't qualified when I opened them. Eventually I stopped receiving new survey opportunities altogether so I was obviously unable to earn the measly $1.30 required to be able to redeem the money they STILL owe me. Lied to my face for months via email when in reality they decided they no longer wanted to pay me for quite literally no reason at all. The second latest response I received was, and I quote, "We have been reviewing our clients’ research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we’re sorry if it caused you any inconvenience." AKA "you turned old and we don't care about stealing from women over 26 because they don't matter". The last email last response was a direct contradiction to what they already told me, where they now claim "Your account was deactivated due to a lack of action within the given timeframe. This resulted in the forfeiture of your points, a consequence we deeply regret had to occur." That's a flat out lie, since I logged into my account to check my balance last week, and my balance is 370 points. They can't even keep their own story straight.

I've been speaking to their support email for months, and they have done nothing except blow me off, which is why I'm now publicly shaming them and warning others. In short, Ipsos Isay wasted months of my time, lied to my face about it, STOLE MY MONEY, then deleted my account because I aged out of the demographic they care about. Give me the money you owe me, you. absolute. scumbags. Your salaries are being paid by stealing from the poor. Karma is coming for you.

Broken

Made me fill out a whole survey about airlines, most of which I've never flown with (I said that in the survey but was forced to go through it anyways) just to end up stuck on the final page and no reward given.
