Excellent customer service
Very pleased with the items I bought but what really stands out for me is the customer service. The courier company somehow lost my order and even though it wasn't their fault, Ironmongeryforyou.co.uk immediately sent out replacement items and took ownership of the problem. When the original parcel later turned up, they were also really helpful in arranging the return. I had a question regarding one of their products as well and again, super helpful and informative. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Service
Although they didn't have the quantity of item I wanted in stock, I was given options for delivery in stages or to wait until they were all available. After I then requested delivery to be delayed until after my holiday, this was no problem and sure enough they were delivered the day after I got home. Good communication throughout, would recommend.

The hinges and Suffolk hook fittings…
The hinges and Suffolk hook fittings that I ordered for my ledge and brace doors were great, only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the quality of the screws provided. We used alternatives as they were not as good as I would have expected to go with the door fittings.

Items arrived quickly, well packaged and in excellent condition. My husband made us a new front door, and the pewter door handle, knocker and escutcheon set it off beautifully!
