Serum was a positive experience from start to finish. We saw a few different doctors who helped come up with a plan for and carried out our treatment. We visited for initial assessment at Easter and then again for our treatment last August, which we are hugely thankful was successful first time and we now have a gorgeous baby girl. A huge thank you to Serum and all the staff there.

Our experience as clients, as well as our collaboration with the center and its people, was truly exceptional and unforgettable. IVF Serum is such an amazing clinic, I can only speak highly with positive words about the experience of our journey with them. It was definitely worth all of the travelling over to Athens from the UK. We now have a beautiful baby boy just arrived, along with additional embryos at the clinic hopefully for a sibling him.

Serum is truly exceptional. In a world where fertility treatment can sometimes feel impersonal and rushed, they stand out as compassionate professionals, like angels in a sea of sharks.

What initially drew me to Serum was their meticulous, thoughtful approach. This level of care and attention to detail made all the difference.

Every member of the team, from the front desk to the medical staff, is experienced, kind, and deeply professional. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Gryparis, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clear in his communication. With his support, I always felt I was in the best possible hands.

My journey has not been easy. I have low ovarian reserve, and my body has started showing signs of giving up. Yet, Dr. Gryparis has been with me every step of the way, guiding me with expertise, empathy, and unwavering support. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a fertility specialist.

After failed IVFs in my homecountry my clinic did not believe I could get pregnant with my own eggs. Then i came to Serum and got my miracle, my baby boy, after only one attempt using my own eggs. I will be forever thankful.

I can’t thank serum enough for everything they have done for me and husband. From our very first visit we have been treated with the upmost care from all the staff and especially our specialist Dr Makis - he has been absolutely incredible, and has helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents and is just excellent at what he does. He is so kind and always responds with every question I have (which has been a lot from me :)) and has given us the best care!! I would also like to mention our amazing embryologist Gkalia who was absolutely incredible to us on transfer day and ensured our embryos were the best they could be. After four long years of trying IVF, filled with heartbreaks and moments of lost hope, I finally found the light at the end of the tunnel — thanks to the incredible team at this clinic.

From the moment I walked through their doors, I was met with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. The consultants and midwives went above and beyond to make me feel supported. I will never forget the day I was snowed in for nearly 24 hours. Despite the chaos, my amazing consultant checked in with me every few hours and ensured I was still seen and cared for. That kind of dedication is rare and something I will always be grateful for.

I have been a patient at Serum for just over a year now but I have to say had I known how fantastic the staff & level of care would be I would have moved from my London clinic years ago. I was nervous to take the step as we live in UK & worried about things such as language barrier & time needed to spend abroad etc but there is nothing to worry about. All staff speak great English & are very understanding as to why we are all here. They show genuine care & explain your treatment & procedures so well. I found the staff from the reception team to nurses, Consultants & embryologists to be so professional & interested in me!! Even though we are still going through our IVF journey I trust this clinic & do not feel pushed to do extra tests or investigations that might not be necessary. Every diagnostic test I have had such as Hysteroscopy has been for a valid reason & my Consultant went through all my results very carefully ensuring all my many questions were answered. Penny the director is the heart of the clinic & has given my husband & I much of her time which we are very appreciative of. She talks to us like family, gives good researched advice & we feel that she is really listening to us. We have never felt so safe in such a rollercoaster of a journey. We are currently in the middle of another round & it had been tweaked so we are not repeating the same things over again…this shows how individual the level of care is that they provide plus they also listen to you as the patient so you feel involved in your plan. Thank you to all the staff in Serum & I pray we get the blessing we have been patiently waiting for.

I cannot recommend Serum enough! After 10 years of infertility and miscarriages they made our dreams come true!!!!!

If you are wishing to have a baby and you require IVF there is only one place in the entire world to consider and that is SERUM in Athens Greece.

From the moment you enter SERUM's front gate you feel safe and secure. Protected from the world outside as if you've set foot into an oasis of hope and wonder. A small fountain runs alongside the entrance path as you approach SERUM's front door, the sound of its falling water is soothing. You might even spy an occasional neighborhood cat quenching their thirst.

Step in through SERUM's front doors and the receptionists will warmly greet you, each one ready and eager to assist you in making your baby dreams come true. The reception area is professional, clean, modern, yet warm. The receptionists are fluent in several languages beyond their native tongue.

Soon you will be guided to a glass elevator that will lift you up to the next floor. Two friendly mid-wives will already be there waiting to greet you, opening the door for you to enter a truly modern and absolutely beautifully designed office area as if right out of a futuristic movie.

This may be where you will meet "Penny" - SERUM's founder (along with her sadly missed deceased husband). SERUM was a dream both shared when they were very young. Their mutual wish was to help anyone and everyone have a child, a family. Scattered on table tops throughout SERUM are countless books filled with images of babies and happy families, sent from all around the world from those who did just that - create a family of beautiful young children thanks to SERUM. People all around the world grateful for everything Penny has provided since SERUM's initial inception, when it may have been only a spark of a dream in her and her husband's eyes when they first started.

Encountering Penny is like meeting a powerful yet warm and loving motherly woman who only wants you to have your baby. She will smile at you, not just with her lips, but with her eyes. Eyes that twinkle with warmth and tenderness. Offering you a few deeply encouraging words, which are always appreciated when one is starting this journey. Penny might then personally introduce you to the extremely qualified physician who will get you started on your baby making path. A physician who will make you feel welcome, and immediately give you that perception of professional confidence and sense of trust you've been waiting for and hoping to feel since starting your journey possibly years earlier.

If you haven't sensed this already, this entire experience of going to SERUM is so very different from any other IVF you may have suffered through in the past, anywhere else. And perhaps because you are reading this, these other IVF clinics with their sleek websites, possibly their close proximity, and ultimately their false promises may have already sadly been the multiple cause of your own personal past disappointments. Going to other IVF clinics, only for your passionate dream to fail - not because it was your fault, but because those earlier doctors, their staff, the clinic itself was cold, uncaring and unresponsive. Possibly these earlier attempts you made elsewhere you felt neglected. Perhaps you were given too much medication which caused your body to suffer with OHSS. Or their profuse medicines possibly even sent you to the hospital feeling like you were about to have a heart attack! Making these prior experiences seem more like you'd been inside Frankenstein's lab. They just simply want 'you' to have your baby. A baby so your life might change how you have been hoping that it will, and become filled with that little bundle of love you've been so dreaming of.

I haven't even begun to discuss their "Suites' that Penny offers right next door. A beautiful apartment building where you can spend the night, or even a week, Overseen by two females who will make every effort to have your stay there be comfortable and cared for. So conveniently close.
