Home Power 3000 generator
After reviewing many products and reviews for solar generators, I decided Jackery met our needs and the pricing was much better than others. Ordering on-line was easy and the product (Home Power 3000) was shipped and receive in minimal time. I have tested it a couple of times and I'm very satisfied with its performance.

I had reached out via email to Jackery customer service and they responded within a few hours! And they provided what needed to be done to start a claim. I promptly complied and they immediately resolved the issue and I received a replacement at no charge to me.

Purchase was easy
Purchase was easy. Delivery was fast although delivery guy had no dolly and slid the unit up the driveway and left it at the garage door unsecured. I did not even know he had delivered it until I saw it on camera feed. Your support people are awesome, fast response and easy solutions.

A very rare occurrence, fixed in minutes
I had 2 units in my original order. One of those units was defective so I reached out right away, and jackery made the replacement process seemless, and instead of the hassle of returning the defective unit, they allowed me to dispose of it at my local Home Depot.
