I needed a charging cable quickly for my older jackery explorer 1000 because I was leaving on a business trip. I contacted jackery support and Maya quickly took care of the order and got it shipped out so I had it within a few days. Very good service and very good cable

Save money on gas for the generator

I have used my Jackery on my sailboat on days with rain. It is nice to have when my solar was not working.

Customer service shocking. Spent £1500 and part of it doesn't work. After 2 weeks still no further forward. Asked for videos to show not working, videos not opened just keep asking for another to be sent. It's still on going. Guarantee means nothing at all. Really disappointed.
I wanted to add on since making this review I have had to submit further photos, requested to test other items using the jackery. All this was done over 3 weeks ago. It was bought in my husband's name. They have tried to get the review taken off as they said I wasn't reviewing there item, and I have had to submit information via the review.

So far it's great. But I have had some trouble finding an electrician through the Jackery system.

I'm a 75 yr old woman and I can easily handle this solar generator and expansion battery. I love the convenience..just push a button and plug in my appliances. No noise, no hauling gas, no having to go outside. I've already practiced using it in preparation for the upcoming hurricane season. My gas generator is now my backup for recharging encase I go thru periods of no sun! Shipping was prompt and the packaging is excellent. I have not had customer service experience as it works flawlessly.
A MUST have.

I have used my Jackery 3600 only when the power goes out, probably twice. I plugged in a separate fridge and freezer. 5 hours plugged in worked great, started with a 98% charge, after 5 hours was at about 72%. Took it outside, plugged in one solar panel and 4 hours later was full again. I'm looking into tying into the house fuse box but I'll need an electrician. Friends of ours are looking into a Jackery system. Seems like the winds are getting higher every year plus we've had tornado sightings. The only thing to let people know is that the unit is heavy. I do want to take it camping and I will.
Would definitely buy again.

no issues with transaction or delivery

The jackery is a good battery, any of em, but my big 1, which is just under the lvl to power a house, won't power up my sump pump's motor. The prioritized cable didn't help either, when my friend lost it. It charges fast on a solar panel. All in all, a good battery. The prices could go down a little too.

Great products, good customer service.

I recently had an outside event for our church and we needed electric to run a couple of appliances. It worked great. The fact that the generator is portable and on wheels made it nice to maneuver. I also have the peace of mind knowing that when my electric goes out, I'll be able to move the unit quickly to have lights again. I may buy more Jackery generators. I highly recommend Jackery.

I'm not going to say I'm a prepper, but I like to be prepared for power outages.we currently have 3 freezers and 2 refrigerators., I'm a gardener and canner, we need to keep the food cold and safe.I also love the outdoors. This purchase gives us peace of mind and plenty of power off grid. Also the solar panels recharge the unit for free with the sun. We love our Jackerys we have 4, and I have gifted one to my daughter that lives in Texas. We are a jackery family

We love our system and hope to expand it as we can afford .the only thing I would suggest is to not send in such visable packaging - kinda scary to buy something so expensive and have it left on your porch when the box is obvious and easy to read from so far away

Tough to find out that now the 3600 family has 240V which will run my 300’ deep well pump. My 3600 Plus doesn’t and I cannot get an answer on the upgrade path.

The 3600 worked perfectly to run our cabin, 120V jet pump, coffee pot, fridge and freezer during my recent visit to Lake of the Woods in Ontario. Solar charging also worked very well and saved us gasoline which is at a premium on the island.

It worked efficiently, timely, without issues.

Works well, pleased.
