Wrinkles due to bad folding and unprecise color indication
1) The Bomber Vest, made out of 100% Polyester, arrived with lots of wrinkles, which are impossible to remove as ironing is not allowed
2) The Chino pants, that were indicated as blue color, arrived in a more greyish color than blue, with no label attached indicating the color!

Regarding the Bomber Vest, we understand your concern about the wrinkles upon arrival.
Because the vest is made from 100% polyester, it is not suitable for ironing.
However, wrinkles caused by folding during transport often reduce after the garment has been hung for some time. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will be happy to look into a suitable solution with you.

The only reason I could not give 5 star was because the T shirt L size was ok for one T shirt , but the other one L was smaller in size, did not know why.

Extremely Disappointing After-Sales…
Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Service – Avoid Ordering from the Official Website
I expected a premium customer experience from a well-known brand like Jack & Jones, but this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
My return request was submitted within the return window and was approved. However, the courier partner has failed to pick up my package for four consecutive days. Every day I receive a message saying, “Your package will be picked up today,” but no one arrives, no delivery agent calls, and the same excuse repeats the next day.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer support multiple times. Every email only generated an automated ticket acknowledgement, and I have not received a single response from an actual customer support representative.
I even contacted the courier directly, and they could not assure me that anyone would come for the pickup. As a customer, I should not have to chase a courier for a return that has already been approved.
Delivering the order was quick, but when it came to the return, the service completely collapsed. This level of after-sales support is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation.
I hope Jack & Jones resolves this issue immediately, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend ordering from their official website.
