Ordered from them several times, and the few times I've had a concern, it's addressed efficiently and in a timely manner.

Placed first order with this company last week.
I contacted customer services as I thought I had received an incorrect brush size to the one I ordered. After a short conversation it transpired that I had infact placed the wrong item. Despite this I was given help to order the correct item and nothing was too much trouble at all. Very kind and helpful customer service.
I was told how to return the unwanted item and also explained a couple of other things I was unsure of.
Not used the products I ordered yet but delivery was within a few days and all in tact.
Feel confident to order again as I’m assured any problems will be dealt with efficiently.

I forgot an item from my order, totally my mistake. I wanted the supplies for a last minute event the following evening so I had got the next day delivery and it would have been quite expensive to do another order for the one item I forgot. I called customer services and Charlotte sorted it out for me so that I wouldn't have to pay the extra shipping to get the item the next day, she was so helpful and kind, thank you so much! Jacksons has definitely earned my loyalty for art supplies in future. They have a phenomenal range as well.

Packaging was great, received promptly. Art supplies of good quality too. Would like you to offer smaller sheets of drafting film, say A4 size as I find the large sheets awkward to cut without creasing or marking them accidentally.

I dealt with Harriet and she was brilliant. It's rare to get such customer service and I will definitely return to Jacksons for that reason. I ordered from Ireland and there was a problem with the courier. Harriet kept me informed and sorted it out and was just a pleasure to deal with. Other than that, their stock variety is fantastic and seems better than most other suppliers. All round a great shop.
