I dealt with Harriet and she was brilliant. It's rare to get such customer service and I will definitely return to Jacksons for that reason. I ordered from Ireland and there was a problem with the courier. Harriet kept me informed and sorted it out and was just a pleasure to deal with. Other than that, their stock variety is fantastic and seems better than most other suppliers. All round a great shop.

A very quick and efficient service and I was given the choice of Evri or Royal Mail, I chose Royal Mail 'cos I know what time my local postman turns up. Great service and well packaged by Jacksons

I really love the A5 Woodzilla Press. I used it for the first time today to print onto A6 notebooks and it was so much easier than using a bray. I’ve managed to get 22 notebooks completed and I wouldn’t have been able to do this in the time I had without a press. I love it! It’s small enough to not take up too much room too which is great! I’d definitely recommend and I’d buy it again. The delivery was quick and a time slot was given so I knew vaguely when it would arrive. I also loved that it came in purple. ☺️
