My ordered kept being refused delivery due to issues with DPD but I spoke to Kieran at Jackson arts customer service and he was so helpful to make sure this got to me! Thank you Kieran :) This was packaged well and I'm really pleased with everything and their customer service was fantastic!

Sometimes things go wrong but Jacksons art fixed this.

What lovely people to deal with when placing orders online, Harriet helped me all the way through with her prompt email replies leaving me no doubt in the end I had ordered the right items in the correct sizes.
Tray frames is what I was after, they have now arrived, beautifully packed for full protection and are all a perfect fit - oh and fast delivery too.
Their pricing is also very fair, very reasonable for good quality.
I am now looking forward to visiting their shop in Hove after my exhibitions here in Hassocks end of June and early July.

One of the best, online art supply companies in Britain! I’ve been using this company for years, and would recommend them highly! The range, variety, choices and descriptions of products are excellent. Good for all aspiring artists and illustrators, etc, from amateurs, hobbyists to professionals, including art students.
Furthermore, this company is reliable, helpful and with some very useful and informative guidelines on their website. When I recently experienced a technical problem placing an online order, I phoned the company’s helpline and had the issue resolved there and then, resulting in delivery two days later! Exemplary service!
Another bonus point is that Jackson’s Art Supplies give customers the option to use Royal Mail to deliver, which is far more reliable a service than Evri and DHL, etc.

The first canvas was a bit slack and couldn’t be stretched any tighter. (I’ve recently had a similar problem with another, much more expensive brand.)
Jackson’s quickly sent a new one which was perfect.

Item arrived damaged, clearly through delivery mishandling. A few photos and an urgent plea (its for my sons birthday on Wednesday) and Monique has a new one on its way for tomorrow. Excellent customer service, the encounter was less then a few minutes. All other items arrived well packaged (as was the broken easel), well priced and exactly what I ordered. I was panicking, but i'm not now. Will be a return customer.

At Jackson, I've found not only a wide variety of fine art materials, but also, and above all, quality in the handling of those materials and in their customer service. They are very attentive and responsive to customer problems and requests.

And they are usually very punctual with delivery deadlines; and if any unforeseen issues arise, they are there to help, resolve them, and compensate you.

Quality products, reasonable prices and super fast delivery.

The order arrived on schedule with the pot well-protected and intact. The pot is ideal for my bigger brushes. Both products are excellent quality.

Ordered from them, paid and waited for a delivery email, nothing so logged in only to find the order had been cancelled and the goods placed back in the basket with additional carriage costs, no refund, no email, no courtesy call asking me for an additional payment.
I rang, was told I’d have to re order as they couldn’t send the goods. Refund was made but I’ll shop elsewhere.

Website was clear and easy to use. Items are well made and work well.

In May, I purchased the Studio Essentials : Aluminium Tilting Watercolour Field Easel and the Richeson : Wet Panel Box. Birthday gifts needed for a very special occasion. DHL repeatedly let us and Jackson's down. Mary at Jackson's stepped in and made sure the delivery was made in time (through Fedex) and the occasion was saved! Both items were better than expected. The Easel was simple to assemble and effortless to carry. The wet box is as good quality in the flesh as it is in the marketing. Sublime. Jackson's remain our go-to for all our art needs.

Bought some art materials from Jacksons.....Always got what i need.Everything went good ie payment,& info on despatch ect.
Most of all got paint ect in good condition and on time.....I Will keep Jacksons as my number 1 go to art store.
