I had a problem with a paint colour that I bought - it wasn’t the same as one I’d bought a while ago. Jackson’s went the extra mile to help resolve the issue. I ended up getting a free replacement from the manufacturer which was great.

I love the selection of products they offer, it is my favourite place to go for art supplies particularly holbein. All of it very high quality and deliberately and carefully chosen, I have also noticed that it values it’s customers with a generous rewards system and when I have needed customer service they are particularly good at helping out compared to any other customer service. I hope to see this company stick around and continue to grow

I'm an artist in watercolours of dogs and cats and wanted to sample the 'real McCoy' in watercolour paper hot and cold press.So I went to the specialists - Jacksons Art Supplies-as I couldn't acquire the best in city and town art shops.I opted for Archers watercolour paper and haven't looked back.This is definitely a repeat order for me.What an experience.....my painting style has so much improved.Hint: for beginners in watercolour paper....buy Archers from Jacksons!

Great company, easy to order online, good quality products (their own brand is excellent), good prices and often have offers. Environmentally friendly packaging and good delivery times. My go to for all art supplies.

Easy website to order from, item came in good time and good condition, well but not over packaged.
I LOVE the item itself - bought it to sharpen my Caran D'ache neocolour wax pastels and it does so beautifully! It doesn't clog and any trapped shavings are easy to remove. It works so well that I am definitely going to get a couple more!

Very helpful when I had a problem with the points system. Love this company, buy all my supplies from them because I know they'll send very quickly and they pack everything so well it has never arrived damaged. Highly, highly recommend.

I had a difficulty with placing an on line order. I rang jacksons and spoke to Charlotte who very quickly dealt with it. She explained what had gone wrong and set it right offering me a chance to try again or to proceed with the order. Gladly let her do it. A very easy and pleasant experience.
