Food is simply not enough.

Food is simply not enough.
Breakfast is not sufficient and lunch and dinners are always in a dark brown sauce no matter what meal you choose.
Hard to recognise meals with description on the label .

We completely understand that variety is important, and you are welcome to change your menu between deliveries, where we offer a wide variety of over 80 meals to choose from.

All of our meals are created by registered nutritionists to be perfectly portioned and nutritionally balanced to support a healthy weight loss of 1–2lbs per week. We also encourage adding fruit, vegetables and dairy to complement the meals, which can help increase fullness and balance throughout the day.

The product is good but your couriers…

The product is good but your couriers (DHL) leave a lot to be desired, they are untrustworthy in my opinion.

Made it easy to have calorie controlled…

Made it easy to have calorie controlled meals, easy to heat, only downside side is the consistency which is rather soft and most of the meals are tomato based which can get a little boring.

Food is all delicious

Food is all delicious. My reason for four stars is purely because of the state of the delivery box which is not the fault of Jane Plan. A couple of meals were damaged which were immediately replaced and again the box was damaged so the delivery company are not looking after their parcels very well. Jane Plan customer service is excellent.

I lost more than a stone in 5 weeks
I changed the breakfast plan just once i found it easier to eat alot of fruit to get me through the times when getting peckish.

I wrote a review before but now im changing what i said jane plan i would not recomend them. I cooked one off my meals and found it full of mold which in my mind is not a good thing to find. So i have put as much distance between myself and janeplan

Our meals are carefully prepared and leave us in perfect condition, but in rare instances damage can occur in transit. If the packaging is compromised and air enters, the meal can spoil quickly as we do not use any additives or preservatives. When this happens, we always take it seriously and investigate fully, and where appropriate we arrange replacement meals.

A Jane Plan success story continues.

I have been with Jane Plan since April. I am loving the foods and I have managed to lose 1 stone in weight.
Some of the meals I've enjoyed unfortunately have been discontinued but I am fairly happy with the replacements.

Ashr has helped with my enquiry to delay my delivery for one month due to having too many meals left from previous orders. (Life gets in the way sometimes).

I would certainly recommend Jane Plan to everyone who needs help losing weight.

Changes to my menu

Changes to my menu , my delivery dates is a walk in the park for this very efficient company.
The menus make life so simple , no faffing about prep that , prep other just pop in micro and 3 minutes later DONE.
Makes more time to enjoy other thing in life such as RIOJA 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿😎🍷

Calorie count and immediate…

Calorie count and immediate availability of dishes makes following the process incredibly easy. Adding fruit (breakfasts) and vegetables enlivens dishes without undermining the process.
Some recipes, especially those with rice or mash (both of which don’t seem to lend themselves to your cooking method) were not enjoyable, but on balance the experience is working for me.
I haven’t used the support apparently available, but am sure that could be immensely beneficial, especially for someone intending to use your products for several months.

Actually working!

Easy to set up and order. Arrived as scheduled and so far no complaints with the meals. Been doing it for 6 weeks and down just over a stone so far.

If a plan is cancelled early, we simply ask members to pay the difference between the discounted plan they signed up for and the shorter duration they completed.

Good for weight loss, but could be better.

I like that all the thought is taken away from you. I do like most meals because I have a variety of taste. If your a fussy eater, then I'm not sure of your choice. The blander meals could be better quality to appease those people. Calorie wise I think there could be more meat less sauce on some meals. As for the support function, they are quick to reply to questions, and good at sorting delivery issues. Social media wise, and website could be improved alot. It's a bit behind on the technology, the website very basic, and sometimes doesn't work well. I have never seen my progress in stones, and pounds. I don't have Facebook, which is quite a disadvantage if you want to watch anything. Maybe use WhatsApp, or Microsoft teams. I have lost 2 stone in 4 months so far, so it does work.

On my second box…

My first and second boxes were delivered on date given, well packed, no items missing. What an amazing choice of meals, and great I can store at room temp and microwave in 2-3 mins. Just need to add own choice of fruit and veg, and milk for tea etc. My tummy had to get used to the shakes, as the first couple of times, I had a lot of wind after drinking them. However, they are very tasty, the best protein shakes I've ever had, and no grainy feeling. Yet packed with vitamins. The only item I personally didn't like was the overnight oats. Mixed with skimmed milk, 0% nat Gk yog, some vanilla essence, even sweetener, adding berries next morning, but it still tasted bitter. One or two meals look a strange colour, eg, beef lasagne, but all taste delicious. So far, delighted. Thanks

How to meet friends and still eat healthily

Meals are full of flavour and pleasingly filling which has helped me to understand portion control
If eating out, I can now seek out best fit meal for my day and eat less calorific choices for breakfast and lunch to balance out the day.

Poor Quality for the Price

First month was OK, easy to order and delivery on the day it was supposed to. Come to order the second box only for the menu to be greatly reduced firing me to order a number of the same meals. On top of this meat and first dishes are poor quality, you will surly get on chunk of over cooked chicken or fish that you have to break up. So far not impressed, considering the cost I expected much better.

A few of our meals have unfortunately been discontinued because one of our suppliers has gone out of business. We understand this has reduced your choice, and we're pleased to say we're adding new meals to our menu, so you'll continue to have plenty of variety going forward.

We're also sorry to hear about your experience with the quality of the meat and fish. We source all our ingredients from the best suppliers possible to an agreed specification. During preparation, our sauces are made separately and the meat is added to each meal by hand before the finished product is checked by weight. This means that occasionally some meals may contain less meat than others. If this happens, please contact our member support team at hello@janeplan.com, and they'll be happy to arrange a replacement.

Jane plan meals where tasty and I new…

Jane plan meals where tasty and I new three meals plus one snack , add fruit or vegetables to meals in a day and I stayed on track.
Unfortunately I needed to go away to work and could not finish second month but I steadily lost 2pounds each week ,sometimes a pound but I felt so much better, healthier , fitter and much more able to control my eating,
I would highly recommend the Jane plan , it makes life simple and I don’t suffer from acid any more !
