I was order bioaqua peach gel ...Don't sale this cream plz even not 1% work totally fake and I give 99 riyal this is my mistake that I trust jazp ...but worst service Without using or try u guys sale fake products I loss my 99 riyal but but I save other people money .. u open one and u try b4 saleing...Jazp big name and u guys sale fake think without knowing this products I don't want my money ...I complain by whatsup but nobody even reply at all ..It's mean u guys sale fake thing and if costumer's complaining u avoiding...right...worst costumer's service and worst online service shame on u ...u don't care yr company company name even

I once selected an item from jazp's website but then I postponed the purchase and maybe it was my big mistake because after that I started getting calls from them on a daily basis. They would convince me to place an order. These calls caused me trouble for several days.
Earlier I bought a massager from them which turned out to be of very poor quality and only worked for one day.

worst customer service and return policy is not good. ordered a smart watch but they delivered a wrong item. until now they haven't replace the item

after order they will say alot of items are not in stock and refund will be taking ages.
if you want to return any item then they will try their best to stop it and after several follow up they will finally take it back and then try to send you again with saying no refund for item even if it was delivered faulty.,
WORST return/refund policy.

Worst platform ever!!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!! They will not deliver to you what you’ve order and it will take weeks to month for it to return!!!!!!

One of the wrost platform I ever experience. Zero customer service, zero value of customer, super undisciplined employees. Highly suggest to all of you please do not choose this wrost. And main do not trust on their service. It is only in words 😠 😡

Don't trust this app japz is wen they talk like very good product all the stuffs wen we trust n order they send different products instead of what we order very poor experience I had first time is like they break customer trust .n after we say like we need to return theystart all the formalities first register then complain then customer service wil call .what is this we send pictures what we received u should take the refund that's it .

The day when I failed to pay people from jazp was calling me a lot if i want buy by cash as I tried to pay card failed.
After being successfully paid by card one lady called me some1 will call me next day ,but No one but I chat one of the representatives in FB.no please no respect instead i was asking instead replying me wait and I send the screenshot of order but asking me again Id which can be clearly seen in photo that I send.No professionalism

They don't fulfil their shipment Date commitment and when asked the customer service and the "manager" would give fake promises... Highly unreliable people
