VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. I ORDER TWICE BUT ALWAYS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGE. I ASK FOR REPLACEMENT INSTEAD THEY WANT TO REPAIR IT AND BLAME ME BECAUSE I OPEN THE BOX. VERY STUPID, HOW WOULD I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE IS I WILL NOT OPEN IT! I JUST WASTED MY MONEY...WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS JAZP QATAR.

Super damaged products and late…
Super damaged products and late delivery. Will never order again. I ordered 6 items two months ago. Received after 9 days. During that time tried to call every single day only to deliver the placed orders. After receiving, all of them were damaged that noone can use. Immediately took photos and contacted with customer service. Until now didn't receive any replacement. Even it's hard to contact via WhatsApp and Messenger. There's no response. I don't have any idea how are they caring about customers. I'm totally unsatisfied with service. The worst experience!

Very poor customer service and non-existent after sales.
Despite contacting many times and lodging complaint online , no response at all.
USB fan delivered with missing parts
iPad case already broken in pieces within 2 weeks

I wish there was less than 1 star. I have ordered on Jazp, and they were to deliver a gift set, in which one of the item was missing and I bought quiet a few.
Now, I wanted to return the item and also get a replacement for the one that had a missing item as part of the gift pack.
1. There is no contract number to call and talk about it raise a complaint.
2. They took 1 week to respond to my return request.
3. They took 1 month get the return request
4.amonth later, the delivery guy comes till my door step, right in front of my building and he says I can't come up, you have to come down in a very authoritative tone..
What would you do?
Jazp, are not the right people to shop with, quality of the product, value for money is not worth it. It's daylight robbery. Never shop at Jazp...I got to know later from some friends of mine Fordeal or is it 4deal..not sure.. Is suppose to better.. I'm taking my money there..
