Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I ordered 3 products, they confirmed. Then after confirmation they said 1 product was not working so they cancelled it. I waited for more than 2 weeks for them to deliver my orders knowing that the other 1 is not working also! Waste of money

I've had bought an electric kettle 1.8 L but at the time of receiving it found "BROKEN" and then informed to a representative on phone and also write a complaint to customer care. Unfortunately didn't get the proper response.
After several times calling and then it took a month-long time to settle REFUND.
Ashamed to see such poor quality service to the customer.

Yes, it was a duplicate product not the product I ordered but was in proper working condition & was serving my purpose, so kept it. Well they have to improve on certain things& sell the real brands.

Jazp.com products last for a month maximum, even if you purchased company products. It is ideal for those looks the products for one month useage.....It's better to give donation to jazp, than purchase a product from them..even if they offer, they don't deliver duplicate products, but duplicate products laster than jazp...
