Ellen sofa and snuggle chair that we ordered was ready for delivery. Tight fit to get in the room but delivery men were excellent, took there time to not hit walls. Checked sofa was perfect before they went and gave sofa care advice.
We were contacted 1-2 week before expected time scale for delivery which was great. Staff in shop excellent and delivery process excellent.

I visited their extensive show room which has a wide range of modern and traditional furniture, mirrors, pictures and ornaments and eventually selected several pieces from their vast selection. Luckily all pieces were in stock and they were delivered on time within a few days.
The showroom is well worth a visit - great displays and value for money.
Purchased a harlequin sofa, console table, bookcase/display unit and 2 bar stools. Everything was excellent with no issues, sofa and units were delivered next day! and bar stools within a week. The harlequin sofa is stunning and looks brilliant in our kitchen diner family room and all who visits love it. What a shop!!!
Ordered couches and armchairs for my new home in June and they arrived today (December). I had been warned during the purchase process that this would be 20-24 weeks for delivery.
The quality of the furniture is very high, and they are very comfortable and, as one might expect, they're not in any way inexpensive.
Bought multiple pieces of furniture this year - great choices, unique shop. Delayed delivery times due to COVID/Brexit explained fully so no issues here. Prices what you would expect for the quality and delivery guys excellent.
They have lovely furniture, great quality at reasonable prices. However, customer service could improve.
We bought a table in December with estimated delivery of 12 weeks. At the end of those they told us would take them almost 20 weeks more. And then 2 weeks more. A table that should have taken 2 months and a half took over 6 months to arrive.
With COVID there have been delays everywhere but they could have handled this better, having given more realistic times. As well they refused to provide a discount for the delay.
