Horrible
Horrible. The first day I got the car the tire blew off my car snapping the lugnut. They wouldn’t fix it even though I didn’t have the car for 24 hours. Went to terry’s discount tire and they replaced the tire and fixed the lugnut. A few months later I hit a tree. Called Jd and told them. They looked at car and said absolutely nothing wrong with the car. 2 weeks ago my tire blew again. Got stuck on the car and not even Jd mechanic could get it off. I called my x and he had it off in less then 5 minutes. Told them spare wouldn’t last long so was going to take car in today for new tires only spare tire blew. They said they would have to charge me 125$ to tow it from the college to Jd all in alliance. I went back to terry’s discount tire and once again they fixed it. Called Jd again and refuses to look at car without money for tires that I just replaced today because they wouldn’t. Was told to call back in 2 weeks on payday and hopefully the tire didn’t blow again. Had the car in the shop 5 times since I got it only for them to continually tell me nothing was wrong beside bald tires.
