Absolutely shocking and will never use again
Absolutely shocking and will never use JD sports again. Be aware that if you order anything for delivery then they use the thieves that are Evri and you won’t receive your order. They will then take an age to contact you to sort it out and only offer a refund and not a replacement. Paid with a gift voucher and offered another one which I declined as will never use the company again. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Ordered 3 items. Ended up with none and out of pocket for reurn of incomplete item.
Ordered 3 items. Only 1 arrived and the other 2 ended up being cancelled a couple of days later. Upon opening the item that did arrive only half of it was there.
Contacted customer services who told me I'd have to return the item. The closest JD Sports store is over 20miles away from me, so I'm going to have to reurn by post which I'm being charged P+P for and will need to wait up to "10 working days" for a refund.
Will end up out of pocket, and with none of the items I ordered...

Poor in store service but good online.
Ordering on line was great and it was quickly delivered to store. Staff in store were rude and unhelpful. I picked up order but kept getting reminders to go and pick it up, which meant I couldn’t get a link to return it. Had to go back into store where again, staff were unhelpful.
