Parcel went missing by courier
Parcel went missing by courier, told to contact retailer, 2 times I tried by contact form, no response from customer services, rang and waited ages to be answered, asked for a replacement to be sent apparently you don’t do that, awful service, would be good customer service is my parcel is sent out again when you get it back!

Team training needed
No one knows what’s happen the wrong size was sent out told if I take back to shop will get refund next day we are now 6 days still no refund got told yesterday can take another 72 hours to process and 5 days to come back to me really not good enough nothing offered even tho it was a mistake from there side very bad customer service

I ordered on line and paid with Apple…
I ordered on line and paid with Apple Pay I didn’t get a confirmation email absolutely nothing, I did try and get in touch but because I didn’t have a order number there was nothing I could do. Eventually I received an email asking me if I’d forgotten to pick up my order this was the only email I received, fortunately I was able to pick up my order with this email from my chosen store.

Damaged Item - Poor Customer Care
Damaged item, inactive refund gift card, broken promises of callbacks and resolution, ignored webforms, items now out of stock and no longer on sale due to delays, and now refusing any goodwill compensation for their own error. This has been going on for 2 months. Terrible customer care.
