Great bed, good quality and nice price. Sales people were very informative and helped with the proper selection. Delivery was smooth as well as disposal of my old bed and assembly.
They even sent me flowers after. I’ve slept very well every night since then. Was quite expensive but as they say, health is wealth.

We just purchased our second Jensen Bed and we are so happy with it. It looks amazing and is so comfortable and know from experience it will last years.
You can buy cheaper beds, base, mattress & headboard but they will not last as long as these beds. Our first bed is over 10years old and still looks and feels brand new.
Quality sleep is so important, especially as you get older. Cost per sleep over 10 years is nothing (0.82cents per day) (bed cost 3,000€). You spend more on coffee a day.
Great beds. Great service. Highly recommend.

Since i received it 6 months ago my sleep has improved from 4-5 hours of badly sleeping to 7-8 hours of comfortable sleep.

The worst company I have ever encountered. They completely disregard their customers’ need for quality sleep. I purchased a box mattress, only to receive a bed that looked like a cheap imitation. Even IKEA and Jysk produce sturdier bases with integrated slats and solid pine frames.
I simply cannot comprehend how a company can treat its customers with such blatant disregard and discrimination. I genuinely pity the business and the corrupt leadership culture it seems to foster. Never in my life have I witnessed such a severe depreciation in value. It is beyond belief that a box mattress could be manufactured with such poor quality.
It is deeply disheartening to see customers being treated unfairly, and it speaks volumes about the company’s management style and culture. Jensen has truly disappointed on every level.
After 5 months of rough sleep on a Tempur Mattress my body was in pain and agony, it would take me 30 minutes to just get out of bed being only 35 years old this shouldn't be the case.
My Jensen Bed was delivered yesterday, it took one night sleep all my body pain has disappeared. getting out of bed took 5 minutes and my mood is incredibly happy!
Please make sure you make the right choice when purchasing a bed.

I needed to source an adjustable bed, at very short notice. After making enquries in different directions, we were led to Jensen Beds. Ordinarily they would make a bespoke setting for your bed, they appreciated the short notice nature of our request and were able to provide a bed from stock. It was expertly delivered and assembled within 48 hours. From the sales team to the delivery team, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The quality of the product itself is excellent. There are enough variations and accessories to suit all design decor. The bed mechanism seems robust so far and looks to stand the test of time. I am informed it also gives an excellent night's sleep, which is clearly the key factor. After sales service is also excellent. We needed some additional split top sheets, as two of the ones we ordered were of the wrong size. There was absolutely no issue at all in changing them and the replacement sheets were delivered in person same day. When investing in a bed like this, Jensen's have set up confidence that there will be good aftersales care should we ever need it in the years ahead. Who could ask for more from a company? Highly recommened.

Worst company ever
Not able to check prices, they are not able to inform me the prices.
When looking online several dealers have sales and what not, not able to tell if they are scamming me or giving me a good offer. Not able to check value or price on the beds..
I have a very damaged back from several accidents and operations. Imagine my surprise, when i travelled to Norway, and my back suddenly improved over a few days. Having researched why it became clear it was the bed! A Jensen Bed no less.
On returning to the UK we contact them and their UK store in Chelsea. They were brilliant answering my questions and refining which bed would be best. We visited, tested and confirmed the correct one. Nothing was too much trouble and we went away excited waiting for our bed to arrive.
it was delivered by their delivery team from Ballards who were superb. So far I can feel my back improving every night i sleep on the bed. How? I have been unable to sleep through the night for over 2 years. Last night I went to sleep and woke up this morning. What a relief. What a bed! Super comfortable, different so it does take some getting used to, but oh so good. Thank you Jensen and your UK team
Catastrophic customer service. Uncomfortable beds with a very strong smell. Customer service did not even try to find a solution with us.
Don’t buy a bed there!!!
super disappointing. I bought a bed from Jensen expecting it last for 10 years, with an expectation of replacing the topper after 5. Instead we had issues quite quickly. The bed has never been comfortable and within a few months, it bowed in the middle. The retailer refused to do anything and Jensen refused to intervene. Now within 5 years we are sending the bed to the dump - The bed before, an IKEA one that cost 10% as much, lasted much longer.
So do not believe the guarantee promises. They will not resolve any issues and you do not get what you pay for.
