Jet 2' airplanes are very uncomfortable…

Jet 2' airplanes are very uncomfortable their seats have no padding not açctable on a 4hr flight. The cost of soft drink cans at £2.85 is extortionate when they are around 30p wholesale. Not Jet2's fault but the passport control at Lanzarote is terrible.

Brilliant staff

Brilliant staff.
Staff are what make jet2 stand out over other airlines and are why we repeatedly use jet2. We fly regularly with jet2 and it would be nice if for once the flight took off on time though as there always seems to be some reason why it leaves later than planned ranging from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.

Not a smile in sight

Recently flew with Jet2 , what can only be described as horrendous from the flight out and return flight . Both flights were delayed and on return flight the flight attendants were rude, miserable and only could be bothered to speak to one another. The aeroplane was dirty , though main compliant was unprofessional staff who were more interested in discussing relationship issues , I could go on though too much effort. Would not recommend Jet2 and certainly will not be flying with them again. Fortunately we are frequent travellers with another airline and only flew Jet2 due to family who already booked.
Jet 2 your flight attendants need some rigorous training, firstly a polite hello wouldn’t go a miss.

I really like Jet 2 -but

I really like Jet 2. Always lots of redcoats around to get you through or assist you.
I do lots of golf holidays and i guess a good customer doing hold luggage - golf bags - more leg room.
I got to tell you more of my fellow golfers are now going to easyjet from Birmingham due to cost.
For what i use it is now almost £500 to go to Spain with JET2 and that is getting a bit too much as i fly most months

Queue at Faro Airport check in

Queue at Faro Airport was slow and I had to ask to use bag drop (still had to get in a queue to do so). Faro airport passport control queue was 1.5 hrs which want in Jet2 control. Service onboard was excellent with great crew lead by Andreas.

Jet2 is an excellent

Jet2 is an excellent, well run airline. The various teams are helpful. I appreciated being upgraded to a seat with extra legroom on a recent flight, particularly as I am quite tall. Thank you for this.
My only problem recently has been delayed departures (and I don't think it is fair to blame the company for this)
I will continue to fly regularly with Jet2

As a passenger you expect to be…

As a passenger you expect to be welcomed by friendly, smiling staff and assisted, from approaching the check-in desk until you arrive at your destination. With Jet2 you experience all this. If you had a sixth star I would award it!

I travelled on my own for the first…

I travelled on my own for the first time and was well looked after by the friendly team. Plane was clean and food was good. The only negative was that we had to sit on the plane with no air-conditioning before departing Manchester Airport but I understand this was not the fault of Jet2.

Good flight times

Good flight times, price wasn't very cheap for a flight to Spain tbh. Service was fine, on time both legs. Seats extremely uncomfortable, poorly padded.

Flight delayed

Our original flight time was move to later then we had a further delay. We queued in the air tunnel to board and had to return back to the waiting area whilst a tyre was then changed.
We finally boarded but were delayed so much that we had to incur an additional out of hours charge for our hire car.
Thank goodness they’d stayed open.
We finally arrived at our resort at 2am.
We were also delayed on our return journey
