Do not use! I booked flights totalling just over 1k, i was told the request had been received and they would contact me to finalise booking and payment, they didnt call for 3 days, eventually i called and they quoted £3k! Scam company dont bother using.

That’s fake website so do not book by jet cost .it s big scamme.i use this one but they after booking they demand more money and not book any ticket.i think they are handling it from India .and making fraud with people so pls be careful.

Terrible Experience with Holidaycart – Avoid at All Costs

I had one of the worst experiences with Holidaycart, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I booked a ticket well in advance to secure a good price, only to have my payment “reversed” without sufficient explanation or notice. Despite being told my ticket was being held, it wasn’t. By the time I was able to respond, I was given no real help and forced to pay double or significantly more for a new ticket.

Their communication is absolutely appalling. Instead of providing timely updates or realistic solutions, their representatives were dismissive, cold, and entirely unhelpful. They showed zero empathy for my situation, even though this trip is critical for family reasons. It’s clear that they prioritize making money over customer care.

To make matters worse, I was not given adequate time to resolve the payment issue. They emailed me while I was at work, and by the time I responded early the next morning, my ticket was already gone. Why bother saying you’re holding a fare if you won’t actually hold it? They even had the nerve to call me previously about adding luggage but didn’t bother calling to notify me about the payment issue before canceling my ticket.

It’s clear that unless you pay more, Holidaycart doesn’t value you as a customer. If you find a great deal with them, don’t get your hopes up—you’ll likely be replaced by someone else who books later but pays more. They don’t care about customer loyalty or fairness, just squeezing out the most money they can.

This company has proven to be disorganized, unreliable, and completely indifferent to their customers’ needs. I feel cheated and undervalued, and I will never use Holidaycart again.

Save yourself the stress and frustration—choose a more reputable company for your travel needs.

Do not use. You find very cheap price here, then you buy it, after 48 hrs of waiting for e-ticket, they call you, and ask you for more money due to overbooked issue (nonsense). You don't pay, you don't get your money back. Simple is that. They are big scam. I don't understand one thing, how comes, people here gives positive feedback here? Is it setup by them? Be careful. Judge your self, why they way more cheap than other comparison site? How come? Then, you might realise their trick. They are all Indian scammers.. call them and talk, you will find...

Big scam do not use JETCOST VERY BAD PEOPLE ,putting up false information to trick you into a cheap ticket but at the end of the day,telling you that you of to pay more to get a ticket and they do not want to refund your money. Be careful.

Do not use JetCost. There are lots of fake agent post cheap ticket to trap customer. Then ask for more expensive ticket. At last the agents send out the ticket.

It’s a spam. It will look like booking is confirmed but it’s not. Customer service is quite rude. They don’t book flights and send you fake confirmation.

I came across jetcost here in the uk. Seems the website offers a domain in most countries and works in similar fashion to many flight comparison websites.

However the first results you get seem to be from unscrupulous companies who offer fares at a great price, then once payment is made provide no actual booking reference from the airline.

You chase and get told it will be looked at then get told there is a problem with a seat or a flight and you have to pay more. Antic Trip was the company I unfortunately dealt with. Wish I had searched for reviews 1st. Seems the cheapest all operate in the same fashion and then you get to those who are legitimate and can be found on all the other sites.

So might be a good site if you buy from a reputable travel company but do your research on all the cheap ones.

And as always make sure you get a booking reference that can be used in the airlines website and shows your booking there. If you don’t get this the travel company has your money and they haven’t paid the airline.

This company is a total scam! Purchased flights through them, you get confirmation but then a week later get a phone call to say flights aren't available they try get more money from you for other flights and they are guaranteed either!
Ask for a refund and they hold your money for weeks!
DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They just doing business with your money and holding it. Also they threaten you to remove your review or they wont give you your money back.
I have every phone call with the company on recording and police also have these as i am now dealing with the police and bank for this fraudulent
