Total Waste of Money – Terrible Quality & Trapped in Customer Service Loops

Edit: See their service quality for yourself.. they've replied to me asking for the order number and have used a template which doesn't even have a proper email address for me to reply to!

DO NOT buy from Jeulia if you live internationally, especially in Australia. I bought a gold-plated ring that completely lost its color and faded down to the bare metal in less than a month of light, ordinary wear. The quality is absolute rubbish.

​When you try to use the warranty, the nightmare starts. Because they are based in the US, you have to mail the item halfway across the world at your own expense. Their customer service then takes days to reply to emails, hitting you with robotic scripts that refuse a refund, trying to force a pointless exchange or a "repair" instead.

​Why would I want another cheaply plated ring just to pay for international shipping again when it fades next month? Under Australian Consumer Law, this is a major failure and warrants a full refund, but they completely ignore consumer rights.

​Save your money, avoid the shipping hassle, and buy from a company that actually sells quality products.
