Bad Customer Service Experience

04/06/2026 Purchased ring, saw at a lower price, requested credit. Customer Service did not reply in 24 hrs. When they did, Jeulia said my credit request was denied. Returned ring. Received return instructions which required tracking. After Jeulia received ring, received response to watch for refund, which was less than my payment. This terrible experience caused me many weeks of frustration (May 20, 2026) and still cost me.

Please note that the price of our rings remains consistent and does not fluctuate. The reason your refund was for a lesser amount than your original payment is due to our return policy. Your original order qualified for free shipping as a promotional benefit. When an item is returned, the original $9.90 shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount.
