Returns process is a nightmare, emailing round and round in circles to get a “return ticket” and an address to return it too! Now communication has just stopped completely! No reply in nearly a week

Horrible. No communication, nothing.
I ordered a ring and a necklace 3 weeks ago, and i waited for two weeks for an update, on the website it was delivered, but when i wrote them an email to ask why can’t i use the tracking app, they told me they didn’t send it because my address was incorrect. The address is good, it’s the same i’m using for every delivery. And since then, they won’t give me any answer, i asked them to tell me if it’ll at least get here or they won’t send it anymore, no answer, asked them to at least give me my money back, no answer.
