It was great to get some constructive feedback for items that I can change, adapt and/or remove.
Feedback was concise, clear and accurate and delivery of the messages were kind and friendly as well as the provision of acknowledging where I had "done well" in some of my sections of my CV.

I rated the resume review service **4 out of 5** because the feedback and suggestions were clear, helpful, and practical. The review identified important areas for improvement and provided useful guidance for making my resume stronger and more effective for Applicant Tracking Systems. Overall, it was a great and valuable experience.

The website is only trying to tempt you into a trial offer that is difficult to cancel and wildly cheaper than usual charges. It will show you jobs and a flashy new cv before denying the use of literally any feature without payment. Please avoid my fellow vulnerable job seekers, this website is the opposite of Robin Hood.

The service was quick and very helpful. I'd definitely promote them and advise anyone in a similar situation to myself to get in touch with them.

Update on my review from Jul 29th, 2026: After I posted this review, JobLeads claimed they “would have preferred the opportunity” to resolve the issue directly. In reality, I had been trying to resolve it with them for over a month before filing a chargeback.

They offered only a partial refund and asked me to update my review. When I explained why the matter remained unresolved, they ignored my response entirely and simply resent the exact same standard template email they had already sent me days earlier.

This experience has left me with little confidence in the way JobLeads handles customer complaints or billing disputes. I will continue pursuing the matter through my financial institution and update this review once the dispute is concluded.

It was great but sometimes it felt like it was not made by a person but by an AI tool, which makes the experience less personalized.

In my opinion, Jobleads is a scam. I signed up for the 14-day trial and paid €2.99. I did not find a job through their platform. I cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial, but they still charged me €69.90. I have contacted both the company and my bank to dispute the charge. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this service. Please read the terms carefully before signing up.

Job seekers avoid this site do not fall into the auto subscription trap.

The rating for this site is extremely dubious considering my own experience of the sites conduct, and I would not recommend this site to anyone after my own experience. I paid a small fee (£2) to access a job advert completely unaware that this money towards a ‘trial’ that would lead to an almost £60 auto subscription fee 2 weeks later. Luckily my very vigilant bank stoped the transaction and detected it as a ‘scam’ fraudulent charge, calling me immediately to discuss the issue as JobsLead is on their radar for charging unknowing users frequently with this high fee without full awareness and consent. After a direct complaint to JobsLead they attempted to state that I was aware upon paying £2 to view an advert that it was in a contractual obligation point made upon transaction - which is completely dishonest as it was not made fully clear with no reminders that this was a ‘trial’ leading to an extortionate fee. Why then are so many people being charged unknowingly and banks are aware of this consistent scam behaviour if legitimate in behaviour. Avoid this online job site - most sites do no charge to view job adverts directly, lesson learned.

JobLeads has been very helpful in finding good job matches and navigating international job searches easily. The user interface is clean, and the job recommendations are very relevant. Highly recommended for professionals looking for new opportunities!

Totally shaddy way to get your money. They sent email notification for everything except the due 14 days trial where they will rob you off your money without any email or reminder. Chatgpt was able to do what they offer. Jobs listed were listed on other common job sites. Be warned!

I would put negative 5 if I could. Huge scam and all the jobs are fake/fraudulent, just like there company. They renewed my subscription after 14 days for $70 Won’t refund me even though I canceled the same day they funded me knowing I was going to used it
