Bought a coffee machine. Broke after 3 months. It’s on a ‘repair guarantee’ which means they take 2 weeks to mend it. Essentially useless because what are you meant to do for 2 weeks. The point of John Lewis is the guarantee. Now realise the guarantee is useless

The third floor cafe in John Lewis Cambridge is no longer run by John Lewis apparently. The first time we visited following the change I was told about the change and that they will no longer be scanning my partnership card. However, the second time we went my friend who paid was asked for her partnership card. It’s mostly run by very young folks who have no idea. The range of foods and cakes available has greatly reduced. Previously my husbands bacon brioche contained 4 rashers of bacon. Now brioche are no longer available, you just get a dry white bap and two rashers of bacon. Poor quality and quantity

bought Laura Mercer foundation reduced at JL Solihull... as it was the only one and couldn't find any testers/concession counter or anyone to serve/ask. Bought it and am happy with purchase but would have been helpful if more assistants available.

Fast quarantined delivery, had order a size which did not fit. The replacement was done and shipped to me within two days. I had a party that I needed to wear the clothes ( specific colour). I am very great full for the Exchange service. Much appreciated

Only 4 stars as had issues with tv and initial contact with customer service wasn’t ideal. Has since improved a lot.

I always love shopping in John Lewis, the products and service are a cut above the rest. I recently went to the estee lauder counter in Cardiff store and was helped by the most wonderful lady. I should have taken her name as she was really brilliant. I needed an eyebrow pencil and she took the same to help me choose the right shade and ensured that it suited my coloring. She was super helpful with other products too so am really grateful for her wonderful service

I love my local Waitrose, a pleasure to shop. Not always stocked with what I need, but always clean & friendly staff.
I often have money off vouchers but not always available.
Produce great quality.

We bought two items. The lovely lady in the furniture Dept was brilliant, as she has been for years. On our second buy (in the tech shop), we had quite a detailed query on a relatively inexpensive item and one of your partners could not have been more helpful. We'll done JL.

I always shop at John Lewis , you could say penny for penny, pound for pound they are the best value around. My home looks like John Lewis , perhaps that’s why I feel so comfortable in the store.

What on earth do you have to do to get a response from John Lewis? I didn't receive items as part of my collect by car purchase today and despite two calls and around an hour on the phone to the John Lewis 'team member' who is actually employed by an external company, I still have no satisfactory answer. John Lewis - your inability to take calls yourself anymore is seriously damaging your reputation!!!

Regular John Lewis customer. One of the very few Retailers in my area that still present quality products at fair prices, but most importantly, offer knowledgeable service with a smile.
