I would like to point out that my original order #M40E1QQ4 was eventually delivered without me making any changes to the shipping address. This confirms that the shipping information on my original order was correct.
The only difference is that I had to place a new order (#M40EB5MO) and pay extra for 2-day shipping so I could receive the item before my trip. This additional expense should not have been necessary.
Based on this, it is clear that the issue was not an incorrect shipping address as I was originally told. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the lack of assistance from your customer service team.
I hope you will review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Going on 2 months. Still haven't received a backordered item. Even got an email 2 weeks ago saying it's backordered and it should ship with in 1 - 2 weeks. Still nothing. Give me money back, dang.

Genuine items and excellent customer service
10/10 The tissot watch arrived in pristine condition. I was able to get it registered on Tissot.com. The watch was genuine. The delivery was smooth and price was very reasonable.

Some of the perfume they sell as "new"…
Some of the perfume they sell as "new" comes used opened missing the cellophane and has about an eighth of the perfume missing I called for them to give me a partial refund and they never did beware of this company. Also some of their bottles are so old that the cap falls apart or it smells fake weak or the paint on the perfume bottle is falling apart.

I had a horrible experience with…
I had a horrible experience with Jomashop, and swore I would never use them again. I went on a cologne reviewers live stream on 7/16 and won a free giveaway! I was ecstatic because it was a very nice fragrance! I purchased another fragrance from the same house and prepared to receive my free item along with my order. To my surprise I only got the 1 bottle of cologne. When I reached out to the reviewer--he told me to contact the seller...low & behold...Jomashop!!(smh) I reached out to them via a chat...no response...then after several attempts was told--ORDER WAS CANCELLED DUE TO NO STOCK! (LIES!!) Because that very night...they had the fragrance for sell!! I have now had NO REPLIES BACK ABOUT MY FRAGRANCE AND HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORED. There are far better sellers out there and I will make it my point from now on to spread the word to whoever will listen how horrible of a customer service, & very unprofessional this company is!
