Fantastic customer service, Kokila went above and beyond to be more than helpful.

We ordered a totem bin lid to replace our old one. The new lid arrived with a broken hinge, not the quality we'd expect. However Ruth from customer service arranged a replacement lid straight away with any fuss on next day delivery. Can't fault the response - excellent customer service.

Buy from a reputable retailer and not directly from them. Their chosen courier is an utter joke. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

I got your reply saying you'd investigated and the courier left a calling card. I've since replied explaining I have a Ring video doorbell asking for the date and time it was left so I can provide video evidence they didn't come within 100m of my property. Best of Luck with your claim

I really like the products. I have been ordering for years. Products are high quality, modern, and work well. Customer service is excellent.

This is a bit of a strange one. Although the item I ordered (FridgeStore™ Under-Shelf Collapsible Can Dispensers) were too small to fit in my Samsung American style fridge freezer, the after sales service I received from Annalise in the customer services department was over & above the call.

Due to personal circumstances, my purchase was far outside of the usual 30 day returns window AND I didn’t have the original packaging. However, Annalise has allowed me a free return and full refund nonetheless. For that reason, the five stars I have given should be doubled and Annalise deserves a healthy raise!

Ordered soap dispenser, order process easy and delivery prompt. When arrived the dispenser had two small marks visible on the body of the dispenser. I took photos and emailed customer services.
Ruth responded the very next day with an apology and advised that a replacement would be despatched immediately. This arrived two days later and is in perfect condition.
Thank you Ruth for sorting the issue so quickly and efficiently.
Love the dispenser, simple design and looks great in the bathroom.

Great service when ordering & delivery, however customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I have several JJ products & have had no issues up to approx 2 months ago. My lovely stainless steel hand soap dispenser started to rust around the base, I contacted JJ with photo evidence, to be advised there was nothing they could do & to make sure I kept it dry.

2 months on the stainless steel has now split in 2 places, handsoap leeks & its unusable. Have again contacted customer services with photo evidence & no response. Very disappointing!

I have now been contacted by J&J & i have to say, they have turned it around. They have acknowledged that the product is still under warranty & is defective. The service from Annalise is what was initially expected & she has agreed to a replacement. Great service!

Had a great experience working with Kokila in the customer support team.
The bin we had ordered last November lid started to play up meaning it wouldn’t open as it should.
After a couple emails I received confirmation that a replacement lid was on its way to me.
The lid arrived within 6 days of raising the issue and my problem was fully resolved.
Thanks to Kokila for their efficient service to ensure an issue turned into a great experience.

I couldn't be happier. My Titan garbage can had a mechanical part that broke and because it was still under warranty they are sending me a new one.
I emailed them and they got back to me the next day.

I had an issue with a Joseph Joseph mop where the water bottle was leaking. I bought the mop from John Lewis who would not deal with the replacement as they said their policy for warranty was only to cover for one month.. I did explain to them that the consumer credit act 2015 meant that the actual liability was with them.
Feeling very despondent I got onto the Customer Service individual Cindy at Joseph Joseph who could not have been more helpful and apologetic for the product developing a fault. A new mop was dispatched immediately and I cannot say enough about how well Joseph and Joseph treated me.

Totem 60l bin, great idea but in reality the bin has a design fault with the lid and the mechanism fails ,the original one I purchased at the time had a 10 year GUARANTEE , so consequently they replaced it three times so I feel a bit sad complaining however the last replacement has again failed on the hinge and now out of guarantee they will not replace it ,every bin exactly the same issue read through the reviews...

I ordered a very practical and fancy drying rack from their website, however I never received it meanwhile the delivery tracking code showed that it was delivered. Honestly I felt awful.

After I contacted their customer service, Kokila quickly responded and took over the case. All I did was filling out a form. Within less than a week I received my drying rack and I am super happy with it. Thank you JJ, and thank you Kokila!

I have a Titan 30L Compactor bin. After two years, the soft close mechanism stopped working. I contacted the customer service to ask about how to fix the issue, which parts that I need and a guide to replace it.

Customer service replied back that it was not fixable. And the only way to “fix” the issue is to replace with a new one. And because I lost my receipt they couldn’t help me with the issue. Bought the bin in Waitrose during groceries shopping, which I didn’t know where I put the receipt after years. And they want to see my bank account to check the charges, which will include other items during groceries. I just wanted to fix it because I thought it would a simple DIY replacing parts.

And after doing some research, many of customers with this bin having the same issue. I am so disappointed with the brand, that has many good values in their brand, but quality and sustainability seems have been diminishing.

UPDATE ABOUT CLARIFICATION:
The company replied with words to make impression that they don’t have parts available for my specific bin. But the fact is, the bin model TITAN 30L Compactor will have the soft close issue sooner or later, and once this happens nothing can be done other than bin the old one and buy a new one or get it replaced by them.

JosephJoseph products are usually pretty clever, sometimes something that already exists but with a clever addition or tweak that makes it far better, so are generally worth the expense.

I ordered three items from the website, when the boxes were delivered, an item was missing. The quality of the shipping boxes wasn't great, so likely something fell out during transit. I contacted support, and they were excellent in resolving the issue. Kokila gave quick polite responses (no pushback or claim I was mistaken), a replacement item was shipped out quickly, and they were very courteous and professional. Very happy issue was resolved, would order again.

We have a range of JJ products and all have served us well, from knive sets, chopping boards, plate drying sets and then their brilliant Totem 60l bin. We have had the latter for five years when the mechanism to open the lid stopped working. It wasn't a major issue but never the less i requested support from the team at JJ as it was under warranty still. The service was exemplary, George inparticular was a consistent contact throughout and provided efficient and effective service to arrange a replacement. Thank you, a great range of products and service to match.

Had an issue with my order and customer service was very helpful in resolving it. I've been obsessed with Joseph Joseph since the Totem trashcan was introduced. Their products are well-made, innovative, and space-saving. I loved the Totem trash can SO much that I had my friend drive it from Los Angeles to Philadelphia for me. My current obsession is their SPACE cookware. I have the 5 piece set (3 pots, 2 pans, 3 lids) and am absolutely crazy for it. The cookware is substantial, heavy, and so well-designed. The handles fold and everything nests into each other, saving an unbelievable amount of space in your cupboard. So great if you have a tiny kitchen, or (like me) value calm and organization over clutter and chaos.
