Customer Service

Package came in a very good condition. Shoes are crazy !

Cause the delivery took a little bit longer they offered me a discount for some other shoes I want to buy!! Extremly good customer service

Big variety of hyped shoes

Big variety of hyped shoes. Prices a little above in comparison with the known reselling sites but it offers many ways of paying including Klarna. Support system needs a bit of work. Discord server is pretty nice. I have an experience in buying from them and not selling to them. Overall pretty decent. I will buy again. I fully recommend it.

Absolutely incredible customer service, please read this review before you choose anything other than Julezsupply.

I originally purchased my membership in october, however after I still failed to hit a purchase on the drops, I tried to refund. After a few months of asking (without a response) I messaged their instagram page. I expressed my problems to them (in a very angry manner, whilst using bad language) on the page and gave them proof of me trying to cancel my membership, and they where absolutely incredible. They refunded me as soon as they saw my message (without any hassle!) and since I explained why I needed the refund, they where extremely kind, and have done one of the nicest things that has ever happened in my life. They offered to send me a pair of shoes from their inventory (free of cost) to me as a gift, as they could tell I’ve been going through a tough point in my life. I genuinely got a bit emotional when they gave me the offer, and Julezsupply have proved to have the best customer support I have ever made contact with. I cannot wait to see what shoes I will be sent, relentless of that I was able to get my refund instantly and they reassured me all was going to be ok. Big love to Julezsupply, will definitely be buying shoes from you in the future.
