Just4Canvas 

Avoid this company. It is an outsourced printed in China company with bad quality prints. Colors are messed up and wraps go drainy. The customer service (trustpilot name removd) was unacceptable, pathetic and down right rude.

Had ordered a multiple canvas which was showcased with improper width measurements before ordering so received canvas much smaller then estimated. After sending out a compliant the issue was corrected instantly on their website but they replied saying it wasn't their mistake. If it wasn't a mistake why they corrected on their website? When asked for refund, got an reply saying 10% off on next purchase but no refund as its a "bespoke product".

Do not opt for this company. If there is any issue with the products color, warps, or size. They will not take it back or show any courtesy to customer coming to their site. They are only out for your money.

Fortunately I had not read any of the reviews before I ordered my canvas as I think it would have put me off as my experience has been quite the opposite. We ordered our canvas and within a week it has arrived and is now proudly displayed on our wall. I cannot fault the company or the product, I am so pleased as it is a picture of our dog which had to be put to sleep last week and we now have a lasting memory of her in pride of place. Thank you again for making this a stress-free purchase at a stressful time. Thanks - Jean

This is the first time I've ever written a complaint but Just4canvas has the worst costumer service of any company I've dealt with. I contacted them last Thursday questioning why my canvas had been marked as "completed" when I hadn't received it. They replied and said that there was an issue with delivery and said it'd be delivered in 3-5 working days (therefore should have it by tomorrow at the l...atest). I replied and asked that they follow this up with the courier as it was crucial that I received the canvas by this Wednesday (tomorrow). There is no number to call so I sent 5 additional messages asking for someone to please phone me so we could ensure I received the canvas in time. I finally got a message today saying its not their fault its the fault of the courier and that I can expect it in 4 to 5 working days (no phone call or anything). And now as I'm writing this they've responded again saying that they don't offer telephone service and that it was in fact a problem caused by the production line (and not the courier). I'd just like to thank you for ruining the one suprise I had for my Partners 30th birthday. Can you please cancel my order and refund my money.

I ordered 2 canvas pictures from Just4Canvas on 30th January. Today is the 15th February and still no delivery. On contacting them through the 'Live Chat' I was disconnected 3 times before I eventually had a message to say the order has been shipped and would take a further 4 - 5 more days, why does it take so long?. There is no telephone number to contact and speak to an actual person regarding this. Terrible customer service. I was looking to change my supplier as these were cheaper however I guess you get what you pay for. On reading other reviews I can see the response was to blame the courier. 1st lesson in business, accept that it is YOUR responsibility and don't shift the blame. My order and money is with you and NOT a courier. I would most certainly not be using this company again.

Very impressed with the canvas but why the wait. Could be the perfect canvas printers if was just a bit quicker. I photograph weddings and could use you regularly for my clients but primarily down to the speed of service it would not be feasible. As I say my canvas is great and will be a brilliant Christmas present.

I made an order 10 days ago based on reviews of this company. I am buying for a customer who had a low budget and decided to use just 4 canvas instead of my regular supplier. What a mistake. I have been told my order is complete but have not received my canvas. On emailing them they say my canvas is in production although the online status says complete. They are now blaming the courier. Just ridiculous. I use couriers for my business all the time with no delays such as these. I think its time for a refund and go elsewhere. This company makes my business look bad.

Initial concerns of delivering in time for Christmas were misdirected. Very pleased with the experience from ordering to receipt and would recommend to others. No issues at all and indeed ordered a second.

Am still waiting for my canvas to be delivered. Was told last week that my canvas has been dispatched and then today got an email saying it has now been shipped. So I am being told two different things. I currently would not recommend Just4canvas. Lets hope it arrives before Christmas or I am going to be very disappointed.

Very good product. Canvas turned out exactly like the preview.
Only criticism would be some of the canvas's had a slight twist in the frame.
But other than that it was perfect

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, was told that it would take 5-10 working days, has now been 12! I emailed them a week after I placed my order to see if it had been dispatched as I hadn't received an email confirming that, and I was told it had been dispatched, 7 working days later, today, I emailed them and they have said it could take another 3-5 working days to be delivered, even though I was told 7 working days ago that it had already been dispatched. I just hope the quality of the canvas is as good as people on here are saying, if it is not, I will tell my friends or anyone I know to stay away from this company!

I had this made up as a Christmas present for my husband to remind him of a wonderful holiday in Wales. I had no idea what to get him this year and was just playing around with a few ideas on the internet. What a find ! Just4Canvas is not only good quality product, but the most reasonably priced I could find too. Arrived in good time and well packaged. Definitely will use again!

The canvas itself was fantastic, the postage slightly slow and the "giftwrap" was disappointing. The product was great though and that's the important thing.

What a shame, I ordered my canvas print for a birthday gift for my mum, I gave plenty of time when I placed the order, after 8 days I emailed the company and they said it had been sent out, several days later I had the canvas in my hand!, they had delivered it to the wrong address lucky for me a lady came round and asked if this canvas was mine as she had not ordered it!, so I checked my account to see the address that I had given and it was correct on my behalf so it was a mistake on this company's side!, the only thing was that the customer service side was lacking and dispatch need to look at the address matches the customers details, I did email them about this but it has fell on deaf ears!.......
