I ordered a canvas for my stepdaughter's 21st birthday. Delivery time on the website says 5-7 days. I received an email on the 7th day telling me it had been dispatched. After chasing it up, I was told there was a problem in the production department (Really???!!!). However, I was not informed of any delay. The item arrived after my stepdaughter's birthday. I received an apology, but only because I had chased it up.

My parcel arrived late, with marks on the canvas' meaning the pictures were late being given for a 21st birthday present. Very un-satisfied customer and will not be using this service again.

There are a lot of companies to choose from for canvas printing, but I would definitely choose Just4Canvas again. Superb value for money, great size canvas and very high quality product. Really please overall!

Our first photo wasn't good enough quality, and rather than just print it and send itJ4C contacted us to query and ask if we wanted to go ahead. Great customer service. delivered quickly and a great product.

I usually use another company for photographs etc but their canvases were just too expensive. When I saw your company the price was so good I thought "why not give it a a
go". I am absolutely thrilled with the canvas, it is present for friends and the 10"x10" is just a perfect size for a gift. I would definitely recommend you, in fact I have already done so and would use your company again with no hesitation.

Great experience ordering my large canvas. The only issue was the frame bracing bar was split in half at the back so I had to fix it myself. Otherwise, I would happily recommend just4canvas and will definitely use them again.

Don't know if I'm being unreasonable but thought delivery was a little slow at 10 days??!

I had a query about my order so I emailed. Reply came straight away and my query was quickly resolved. Finished canvas arrived within the stated delivery time. Very pleased with the result.

The delivered product was well received in exactly the timescale published with delivery notification before being sent. Would definitely use again.

I can't believe the photo quality and final product. I have inspired so many people have a look at their holiday snaps in a different light.

The communication was also good & I always got a reply when I chased delivery, although the reply wasn't always accurate. This could have been the fault of the delivery company & not the canvass company, so I'm not condemning them completely! 😁

Pleased as a whole and you removed the red eyes of the two girls as requested but left the dog with red eyes which ruins it a bit. I do realise that I did not request this though.

Picture arrived in around a week, the clarity was excellent, the picture was of our children and is now in pride of place in our lounge. good quality & service provided by the supplier. thanks!

Original Canvas arrived slightly damaged. The damage was obviously done whilst in transit.
The canvas was replaced without any argument.
