All in all a great product cant fault quality, the service i got from customer services varied who ever answerd my email , had to chase delivery in the end took about twice as long as they stated with no explanation !!! some of the replys were quite short and sweet but like i say all in all good .

great product, value and delivery

Really easy to use the site and to place my order - lots of choice and great to preview before placing my order. Acknowledgement came through to my e-mail pretty pronto. This was a pressie for my mother-in-laws 80th birthday so I ordered in plenty of time - or so I thought! The bumf said 5-7 days but I had a total wait of 13 days - so it missed her birthday. I did e-mail to find out where my item was and suddenly I was told my item has been shipped. This was the only disappointing part of the whole transaction.

If you want quality from a quality photo to canvas then this company are to be trusted

Slight mixup with delivery but responded to my email within an hour and re-sent so it arrived the next day. No loss of colour - very happy with the product, especially for the price!

Product - a good standard and I am quite happy with it - arrived after 10 working days, not 5-7 as stated on the website and, I believe, only after my complaint sent via email. I must admit, however, that the reply via email came promptly and everything got sorted in the end

Sent one canvas - went missing, apparently left on the porch, then was told left at number 2 - delivery address has neither!
Sent replacement canvas - went missing, apparently left with a neighbour. Did not give details which neighbour - no canvas.
No delivery cards from elusive delivery service. No need to leave parcel anywhere as someone is always at the property.

Plenty of feedback & advice on whether the picture is right for a large canvas, ample efforts to deliver on time. Would definitely use them again if I had more walls.. Would make affordable & charming gifts too.

The just4canvas website is really simple to navigate and upload your photos.
Canvas prints are good quality and nicely framed.
Delivery not bad at about a week.

There are some slightly better websites for arranging your print and also some that will deliver very quickly but they cost more. I am delighted with the quality of the canvas and the print outcome and value delivered for the price.

I ordered on the 6th june and my dad only got the canvas yesterday (3rd July) I ordered it via this website to ship to my Dad that lives in spain as it worked out cheaper than me sending it myself with parcelforce and it said on there website that it would be shipped in 7-11 working days. As you can read this wasnt the case. When I emailed and complained about not getting the canvas I kept getting told it will be the delivered the next day then the next and so on and so on.
I then got a call from the supposed 'owner' who told me he would sort it but still no look and whats even worse is the 'owner' ignored all my phone calls and emails when i said i wanted a refund! absolute joke. Then after he ignored me i tried to email the customer service team and after a while they ignored me! I was just about to claim my money back through my bank fraud team and my dad received it.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

I ordered a canvas print for my children for fathers day on the 9th June - its now july 2nd and it has finally arrived. After paying a fair amount I would have expected more. The canvas itself is fantastic so no complaints there and the man I emailed about the print did reply and keep me informed on delivery. Unfortunately canvasses been lost in the post wasnt the best end to the experience!

Never used this company before so took the chance on them and bought a canvas. Uploading the jpg files were a little confusing and sometimes the image uploaded shifted so had to readjust incase it was going to be printed like that. The delivery was on time as stated on invoice and final quality of canvas build and print was very good for the price. I will use them again in the future.
