You call me every year to remind me of my sister's birthday and offer a discount and sell me on buying flowers from you for her. And every year she is thrilled with the flowers she receives. The customer placed this order directly through our website on 02/21/2026 for delivery to a funeral service scheduled on 02/22/2026. The order was immediately processed and assigned to a local florist, who confirmed that the arrangement was successfully delivered on the requested service date, ensuring it fulfilled its intended purpose.
The order selected was for:
“All white flowers arranged into a funeral standing spray. Carnations, gladioli, spider mums against green foliage”
with a purchase value of $144.99.
At the time of purchase, and directly next to the selected price point, our website clearly states:
“Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible.”
The fulfilling florist prepared and delivered a standing spray consisting of all white carnations and cushion mums against green foliage, maintaining the requested all-white color palette, standing spray presentation style, and overall arrangement value. While minor substitutions were made due to local flower availability, these substitutions are fully permitted under our clearly disclosed substitution policy, which allows florists to substitute flowers of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery—especially for time-sensitive occasions such as funeral services.
A photo of the delivered arrangement has been provided as supporting documentation confirming that the arrangement matched the intended design style and color theme.
It is important to note that funeral standing sprays are custom hand-designed arrangements, and exact flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal and regional availability. Substitutions of comparable flowers do not constitute failure to deliver the ordered product when the arrangement’s style, color scheme, presentation format, and value are preserved, as they were in this case.
The arrangement was:
Delivered on the requested service date
Prepared in the requested all-white standing spray style
Designed within the expected presentation and value range
Accepted at the funeral service location for its intended purpose
Our substitution, delivery, cancellation, and refund policies are clearly disclosed on our website during checkout and are also included in the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase. These policies explain that floral arrangements may vary slightly from website images due to availability and design conditions necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Although the order was properly fulfilled, as a goodwill gesture and without admission of liability, we offered the customer a $15.00 partial credit in an effort to resolve the concern amicably. However, the customer proceeded with the chargeback instead.
Because the arrangement was delivered as requested, fulfilled its intended purpose, and complied with our substitution policy, a full refund is not warranted.
For these reasons, we respectfully request that the issuing bank uphold the original transaction and resolve this dispute in our favor.

A sad situation, but Just Flowers came thru
First, I placed 2 flower orders for my brother's funeral (1 from my spouse and myself and 1 from my children and spouses). One order made it to the funeral. There was an issue with the second order...but Just Flowers contacted me, re-routed and delivered the order to the family home.

First time using this service and not too sure what to expect. Turned out great. Not too sure about online so called the 800 number. Very thorough with gathering information and double checking for correct spelling, etc. Flowers were promptly delivered and appreciated by recipient. Only reason for removing one star was that the phone connection was poor, dropping out a lot requiring details to be repeated.
