At first I thought this was a flower shop
Then I realized it is not. No matter; I found a beautiful bouquet that suited my needs perfectly. Of course, you never know which florist the order will go to and whether or not they’d be able to fill it properly. Well, imagine my (not to mention my friend’s) delight when she received her bouquet two days later. She was amazed, delighted and so happy! The flowers made her day and they were, n her words, stunning! I asked Just Flowers to please pass along my thanks to the florist they used. I sure hope they did because they did a bang-up job

Bait and switch
Ordered flowers for my niece who lives out of state. I picked an arrangement just changing it to a vase. When they arrived it looked nothing like what was pictured. I called and spoke to CS and he try to tell me the flowered I received were actually more expensive and that because they were in a vase they look different. It looks like they were just thrown together. I could have went to a supermarket and bought flowers that look like this. Just flowers did offer me a $10 refund but that don’t even cover the delivery charge. I feel it’s a bait and switch. I wish I could post the pictures of what I ordered and what was actually delivered.

My first time ordering flowers online from Ireland for delivery in Long Island, NY. I ordered at lunchtime (NY time) and they were delivered around 5pm the same day. Great service. 🇮🇪 🇺🇸

Great experience and it was last minute, too!
Contacted Just Flowers the night before a funeral that was scheduled for 11am the next morning. 20 inches of snow had fallen in the previous 48 hours. They got two beautiful arrangements to the funeral home in plenty of time. I am very happy with their service.

Ordering from overseas
As I was ordering from Ireland , I was unsure how the flowers would look . My friend sent me a picture of the delivered flowers and they were absolutely beautiful and better than the picture on the website . It was so easy to order from overseas .

Numerous problems
Added fees, dishonest website, did not deliver and sent notice that I needed to pay an additional fee of $25 for their “free” delivery. Four phone calls and finally was able to cancel! Do not do business with this company!

Good company....
I contacted Just Flowers Inc. to purchase a funeral spray for my sister-in-law's father who passed. I purchased a plain heart with red carnations. I did not want any of the other variations that were pictured online. However, the representative was able to order the plain heart with red carnations only...just what I wanted. She suggested a banner and I went with that because it is something the family could keep. The spray arrived at the funeral home in a timely manner and my sister-in-law said it was beautiful and much appreciated. I am sure I will be contacting this company in the future.
